杨湾古村文化景观更新研究

【摘要】：古村落是传承中国优秀历史文化、延续历史文脉的重要载体之一，反映着几千年历史的延续和发展。对古村落的既有研究比较偏重保护研究，对于古村落在新的社会经济背景下不可避免的文化景观更新缺乏系统的研究，以至于在实践中因缺乏理论指引而导致古村落文化景观异化。杨湾古村地处经济发达的长三角城镇群腹地，属太湖古村落群中的一颗璀璨明星，2014年3月入选全国历史文化名村，具有突出的历史文化遗产价值。在城镇化不断推进的今天，杨湾古村正逐渐受到了前所未有的挑战。独特的空间形态正在逐渐被破坏，特有的生活习惯和悠久的历史文化传统正在慢慢解体，部分珍贵的文化景观正缓慢的走向没落和衰亡。如何在保护中更新，在更新中保护，是建设者们必须面对的紧迫话题。在这样的形势下，对杨湾古村文化景观的更新进行系统的研究，寻求更新的合理途径，使古村落恢复新的活力，具有重要的理论和现实意义。本文从国内外村落文化景观及其更新的理论和实践研究出发，基于详实的实践调研和古籍文献查阅，系统分析了杨湾古村的文化景观体系，总结杨湾古村文化景观的突出价值。对文化景观形成演变过程中的主导因素进行分析，主要包括自然环境、风水理念、传统习俗和行为习惯、土地制度、交通方式以及经济的发展等，，古村落文化景观是在这些影响因素共同作用下演化的，并探究了新形势下驱动因子的演化对杨湾古村文化景观继续更新带来的要求；在此基础上，结合有机更新理论、社区参与理论构建了多元、渐进、参与式的更新途径对杨湾古村文化景观物质层面、功能层面、非物质文化层面、经济层面、社会层面等诸多层面更新的方向、内容，手段等进行了深入系统的研究。
[Abstract]:Ancient villages are one of the important carriers to inherit the excellent history and culture of China and continue the historical context, reflecting the continuation and development of thousands of years of history. The existing research on ancient villages places more emphasis on protection research, and there is a lack of systematic research on the inevitable cultural landscape renewal of ancient villages under the new social and economic background, which leads to the alienation of cultural landscape of ancient villages due to the lack of theoretical guidance in practice. Yangwan ancient village is located in the hinterland of the economically developed Yangtze River Delta town group, which is a bright star in Taihu Lake ancient village group. It was selected as a famous national historical and cultural village in March 2014, which has outstanding historical and cultural heritage value. Today, with the continuous progress of urbanization, Yang Wan Ancient Village is gradually facing unprecedented challenges. The unique spatial form is gradually being destroyed, the unique living habits and long historical and cultural traditions are slowly disintegrating, and some precious cultural landscapes are slowly declining and declining. How to update in protection and protect in update is an urgent topic that builders must face. Under such a situation, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to systematically study the renewal of the cultural landscape of Yangwan ancient village, and to seek a reasonable way to renew the ancient village so as to restore the new vitality of the ancient village. Based on the theoretical and practical research of village cultural landscape and its renewal at home and abroad, based on the detailed practical investigation and literature review of ancient books, this paper systematically analyzes the cultural landscape system of Yangwan ancient village, and summarizes the outstanding value of Yangwan ancient village cultural landscape. This paper analyzes the leading factors in the process of the formation and evolution of cultural landscape, including natural environment, feng shui concept, traditional customs and behavior habits, land system, transportation mode and economic development, etc. The cultural landscape of ancient villages evolved under the joint action of these factors, and explored the requirements of the evolution of driving factors for the continued renewal of Yangwan ancient village cultural landscape under the new situation. On this basis, combined with the organic renewal theory, the community participation theory constructs a pluralistic, gradual and participating renewal approach to Yangwan ancient village cultural landscape material level, functional level, intangible cultural level, economic level, social level and many other levels of renewal direction, content, means and so on.
