京津地区办公建筑能耗系统分析与评价

【摘要】:我国是发展中国家,国家经济的高速发展很大程度上是以牺牲大量的能源、资源为代价,在建筑行业更是如此,建筑业的迅猛发展已使得其成为了继工业和交通业后的第三大能耗主体,而办公建筑又是建筑业较为常见的建筑主体,其中的运行阶段能源消耗问题也相对突出。本文以京津地区办公建筑(政府办公建筑和写字楼建筑)为研究对象,首先从建筑主体、建筑能耗系统、环节、设备等在设计和运行阶段的实际情况出发,通过对建筑图纸、设计说明书、节能报告书等资料的查阅及同现场物业、管理人员的咨询了解,掌握所调研建筑及其能耗系统的基本情况,并对不同建筑类型的建筑基本信息、能源种类、能耗系统特点进行总结分析,同时对相关问题进行汇总并提出合理解决方法。其次,对建筑物实际运行能耗数据进行统计分析,为京津地区办公建筑评价模型的建立提供基础数据,得出的主要结论有:办公建筑照明、插座、空调系统单位面积年耗电量分别在5.5-22.74k Wh/a·m2、4.06-30.03k Wh/a·m2及6.04-64.50k Wh/a·m2之间,办公建筑单位面积年总能耗在16.14-58.41kgce/a·m2之间;此外,分别对相应分类、分项能耗的基准进行确定,其中照明、插座、空调系统的能耗基准水平分别为12.67、20.77、37.14k Wh/a·m2,同时通过SPSS数据分析软件对建筑总能耗进行回归分析,建立了如式4-2的总能耗基准模型。最后,在完成以上总结分析工作的基础上,对国内外较为普遍的多指标评价体系中“能耗”部分的评价内容、评价指标、评价方法、评分细则及其评价过程等方面的优缺点进行对比分析,从本国办公建筑能耗系统的实际情况出发,采用层次分析法(AHP法)和专家分析咨询法(Delphi法)确定了适应于京津地区办公建筑能耗系统的“能耗”评价模型,并利用此模型对京津地区的三栋建筑进行试评价。
[Abstract]:China is a developing country, the rapid development of national economy is to a large extent at the expense of a large number of energy, resources as the price, especially in the construction industry, the rapid development of the construction industry has made it become the third largest energy consumption after industry and transportation industry, and office building is a more common building main body in the construction industry, and the problem of energy consumption in the operation stage is also relatively prominent. In this paper, the office buildings in Beijing and Tianjin area (government office buildings and office buildings) are taken as the research object. Firstly, starting from the actual situation of the main body of the building, the building energy consumption system, the links, the equipment and so on in the design and operation stage, through the consultation and understanding of the building drawings, design instructions, energy saving reports and the same site property and management personnel, we can master the basic situation of the buildings investigated and their energy consumption systems. At the same time, the basic information, energy types and energy consumption system characteristics of different building types are summarized and analyzed, and the related problems are summarized and the reasonable solutions are put forward. Secondly, the energy consumption data of the actual operation of the building are statistically analyzed, which provides the basic data for the establishment of the evaluation model of the office building in Beijing and Tianjin.
