城市内涝与水体污染控制技术与管理措施

【摘要】:通过对国内外城市内涝与水体污染控制措施进行调研分析,发现通过对降雨进行源头收集和处理可以控制径流量和改善水质,进而实现城市内涝与水体污染的防治,并能使开发区域的水文循环恢复至原始状态。之后在原理分析的基础上,介绍了绿色屋顶、透水铺装、雨水花园等雨水收集和处理技术以及内涝与水质控制的政策与管理措施,并提出了相关建议。
[Abstract]:Through the investigation and analysis of the control measures of urban waterlogging and water pollution at home and abroad, it is found that the runoff and water quality can be controlled and improved by collecting and treating the source of rainfall, and the prevention and control of urban waterlogging and water pollution can be realized, and the hydrological cycle of the development area can be restored to the original state. Then, on the basis of principle analysis, this paper introduces Rain Water collection and treatment technology, such as green roof, permeable shop, Rain Water garden and so on, as well as the policies and management measures of waterlogging and water quality control, and puts forward some relevant suggestions.
