间歇式次氯酸钠发生器的运行试验研究

【摘要】：结合我国农村小型供水工程对消毒技术的需求,探讨间歇式次氯酸钠发生器的实际运行效果以及最佳运行工况。试验结果表明,盐水浓度3%~4%、盐水体积45L、电解电流32A、连续电解480~500min,间歇式次氯酸钠发生器的运行成本最低,为8.01~8.09元/kg。按照有效氯投加量1.0mg/L计,吨水处理成本0.008元,可适用于日供水量为400m~3的供水工程。本试验结果为间歇式次氯酸钠发生器在农村小型供水工程中的推广应用奠定基础。
