铁路隧道风险评估指标体系及方法研究

摘要：研究目的：在铁路隧道工程建设过程之中，，一旦发生工程事故就会给国家及社会造成经济损失和人员伤在实际过程中，铁路隧道建设的风险又是不可规避的。如何加强对铁路隧道风险评估，是当前铁路亡。然而，
也是当前铁路隧道建设中面临的重大课题。本研究旨在探索出一套完整的隧道施工的一个不可或缺的环节，铁路隧道风险评估的方法及指标体系。
研究结论：通过对风险管理理论方法、铁路隧道风险指标体系的构建以及对铁路隧道风险分级标准的研究，得出如下结论：（1）铁路隧道风险指标体系可以使得以后工程实践中的风险识别变得简单易行，可以省去很多重复性的基础工作且不易遗漏部分因素；（2）铁路隧道风险评估及管理的流程及铁路隧道风险分级标准可以为以后的进一步研究和实践应用提供方向。

Abstract：Researchpurposes：Intheprocessoftherailwaytunnelconstruction，thefrequencyofengineeringaccidentsisnotonlyveryhigh，butalsotheconsequencesoftheseaccidentsareveryseriousandbringthewholesocietyandstateahugenumberofeconomiclossesandcasualties．However，intherealprocess，therailwaytunnelconstructionriskcannotbecircumvented．Howtostrengthentheriskassessmentofrailwaytunnelisanintegralpartoftherailwaytunnel，anditiscurrentlyamajorissuefacingtherailwaytunnelconstruction．Inthisstudy，weintendedtoexploreacompleterailwaytunnelsystemandmethods．
Researchconclusions：Bystudyingriskmanagementtheory，theconstructionoftherailwaytunnelriskandtherailtunnelriskgradingstandards，theconclusionswereasfollows：（1）Railtunnelriskindexsystemcanmaketheidentificationoftheriskoffutureengineeringpracticechangetoosimple，andthebasicworkcansavealotofrepetitiveandbedifficulttomisssomeofthefactors．（2）Theprocessofriskassessmentandmanagementoftherailwaytunnelandrailtunnelriskgradingstandardsprovidedadirectionforfurtherresearchandpracticalapplicationinthefuture．Keywords：railwaytunnel；riskassessmentindexsystem；method；riskgradingstandards
