AB网络公司财务风险管理与优化研究

　　近年来,随着网络和计算机技术的快速发展,互联网已经深入到人们生活的方方面面,一大批优秀的互联网企业涌现了出来。从“十三五”规划中可以看出,我国政府对信息技术的发展非常重视,正在规划实施的“网络经济”战略也给互联网产业的发展带来了难得的机遇。互联网作为高新技术产业,有着高回报高风险的特点。由于互联网行业发展迅速,不确定性大,缺乏对比参照的企业等原因,使得互联网企业的风险防控难度比其他传统企业大。鉴于此,本文选择比较有特点的一家互联网公司-AB作为研究对象,试图为同类企业建立一个改善财务风险状况、提升公司管理能力的参考。本文首先归纳和梳理了国内外有关财务风险、互联网行业的研究成果,在此基础上阐述了互联网行业财务风险的现状。其次,利用财务指标分析法和杜邦分析法对案例公司AB的总体财务状况、筹资风险、投资风险、资金回收风险和成本风险进行了评价分析,结果表明AB存在着筹资渠道单一、偿债能力偏弱、应收账款回收和成本升高等风险。最后,根据分析的结果,对AB的财务风险问题提出了建立财务风险预警系统,扩展融资渠道和建立应收账款的管理机制等建议。
