从文化视角对国际租赁的研究

　　租赁业在中国的历史可以追溯到西周时期。当时是对剩余的产品进行交换,使用后再归还。也就是说,是物品使用权的让渡,是最为原始的租赁,是我们所说的传统租赁。现代租赁业被发达国家誉为“朝阳产业”,是与银行信贷、证券、并驾齐驱的三大金融工具之一,也是商品流通的主要渠道,在国民经济发展和市场体系的运行中起着重要的作用。中国第一家中资中国租赁公司建立于1981年,走过20多年的风雨历程,其固有的功能远未得到发挥,与我国的整体经济实力和巨大市场潜力很不相称。促进租赁业在中国的发展是经济发展的客观需要。然而,尽管有发达国家租赁业持续稳定发展的成功先例,各国对租赁的研究都是应实践的需求发展起来的。大多是在原有已经比较完善的体系中进行的微观研究如租赁业务模式创新,租赁业务风险防范机制等方面,以期将这一行业的日常经营进一步完善。我国对这一领域现有的研究也多是政府层面的宏观报告与少数学者的政治建议,很少将中国作为历史文明古国的文化特色列入研究考虑的内容当中。本文是在对租赁定义,种类,优势等基本信息进行介绍的基础之上,从文化角度分析租赁这一行业要在中国发展所需关注的特殊性及其发展策略。
