基于多目标优化的赣南脐橙配送网络研究

【摘要】:赣南脐橙凭借其全国第一、世界第三的产量优势,营销范围逐步扩大,成为最具竞争力的水果农产品之一。2014年,赣南脐橙更是脱颖而出,以其独特的品牌优势荣登农产品品牌价值榜的首位,品牌价值高达53.89亿元。然而物流设施和技术落后、物流规模化和集成化水平低、流通环节多、信息系统管理不完善等物流问题一直制约着赣南脐橙产业的现代化发展。脐橙多数是在常温条件下进行运输和配送,物流环节多、链条冗长,加之产品包装、保质保鲜、加工方法和技术及交通运输工具等方面远远不能满足需要,导致脐橙在物流运输的过程中腐损现象突出,成本支出巨大。因此,本文以改善赣南脐橙的物流配送系统、降低物流成本为目标,研究多目标优化的赣南脐橙配送网络。 本文共分六章。第一章,论述赣南脐橙配送网络研究的选题背景、研究目的和研究意义,通过对国内外水果物流的研究现状进行综述,提出论文研究的主要内容和技术路线;第二章,论述赣南脐橙的产销概况,,现有的流通渠道以及配送过程中存在的物流问题;第三章,提出本文赣南脐橙配送网络规划方案试图达到的预期目标和规划范畴,并阐述各部分内容相应的研究方法;第四章,首先提出以脐橙配送中心等大型农业产业化龙头企业为核心的现代化赣南脐橙流通结构体系,在此基础上通过综合考虑经济、社会、交通、地理等多种因素,利用熵权-TOPSIS法和MATLAB软件对赣南脐橙在江西省内流通的物流节点进行层级布局和分析,最后借助聚类-重心法确定赣州市境内赣南脐橙配送中心建设的数量和具体位置;第五章,以纽荷尔脐橙为例,借助PA2005坐标转换软件和MATLAB软件,通过引入运输成本、能耗成本、腐损成本、惩罚成本等构建基于时间窗的成本函数模型,研究面向超市的纽荷尔脐橙配送路径规划问题,得到的配送方案具有较强的配送准时性、较高的行程利用率和装载率,配送成本低,社会效益显著;第六章,回顾和总结本文对赣南脐橙配送网络研究的内容,并对今后需进一步研究的方向进行展望。
[Abstract]:Gannan navel orange has become one of the most competitive fruit and agricultural products by virtue of its national number one and world third output advantage, and its marketing scope has gradually expanded. In 2014, Gannan navel orange stood out even more. With its unique brand advantages to the top of the list of brand value of agricultural products, brand value as high as 5.389 billion yuan. However, logistics facilities and technology are backward, logistics scale and integration level is low, circulation links are many, information system management is not perfect and other logistics problems have been restricting the development of Gannan navel orange industry modernization. Most navel oranges are transported and distributed under normal temperature conditions. There are many logistics links, long chains, and products packaging, quality preservation, processing methods and technologies, and transportation tools are far from being able to meet the needs. As a result, navel orange in the process of logistics transportation, the phenomenon of corruption is prominent, the cost is huge. Therefore, in order to improve the logistics distribution system of Gannan navel orange and reduce the logistics cost, this paper studies the multi-objective optimization of Gannan navel orange distribution network. This paper is divided into six chapters. In the first chapter, the background, purpose and significance of the research on the distribution network of navel orange in Gannan are discussed. The main content and technical route of the paper are put forward by summarizing the current research situation of fruit logistics at home and abroad. This paper discusses the production and marketing of navel orange in Gannan, the existing circulation channels and the logistics problems existing in the process of distribution. Chapter three, the paper puts forward the expected goal and planning scope of the network planning scheme of navel orange distribution in Gannan. The fourth chapter puts forward the modern circulation structure system of Gannan navel orange, which takes the navel orange distribution center and other large agricultural industrialization leading enterprises as the core, on the basis of which the economy is considered synthetically. By using entropy weight TOPSIS method and MATLAB software, the hierarchical distribution and analysis of logistics nodes of Gannan navel orange circulating in Jiangxi Province are carried out. Finally, the number and location of navel orange distribution center construction in Gannan are determined by means of clustering and barycenter method. The fifth chapter takes Newhell navel orange as an example, with the aid of PA2005 coordinate transformation software and MATLAB software, through the introduction of transportation cost, energy consumption cost, The cost function model based on time window is constructed to study the distribution path planning of Newhall navel orange for supermarket. The result shows that the delivery scheme has strong punctuality, high travel utilization ratio and loading rate. The sixth chapter reviews and summarizes the research contents of the distribution network in Gannan navel orange, and looks forward to the direction of further research in the future.
