烟台海滨路YK11-18段工程项目进度管理研究

【摘要】:近几年来,城市化进程不断加快,道路作为城市基础设施,在人们的日常生活中起到越来越重要的作用,尤其是对人们的出行和促进经济发展。烟台海滨路YK11-18段是旅游干线,位于烟台市开发区北部,人口流动、车流都比较大,且仅为双向两车道,会对该路造成很大的影响,亟需对该路进行拓宽,建成双向四车道,并设立专门的人行道,从而减缓该路的压力,降低安全事故的发生。本文主要包括六部分、七章。第一部分是前言部分、包括第1章,主要研究烟台海滨路YK11-18段项目进度的研究背景、研究意义、研究方法和研究框架;第二部分是理论部分和烟台海滨路YK11-18段工程项目现状,包括第2章和第3章,主要是阐述项目管理和项目进度管理的相关理论以及从项目概况和进度管理现状原因入手,并深入剖析,对影响项目进度管理的因素进行了探讨;第三部分是进度计划编制和优化部分,包括第4章,作为本文的主体,主要是采用了CC软件对烟台海滨路YK11-18段工程项目进行了进度计划的编制,接着运用缩短工期和改变逻辑关系对项目进度工期进行了优化;第四部分是进度的控制,包括第5章,主要是通过动态监测的方式来寻找实际进度和计划进度的偏差,并做出及时的调整:第五部分是保障措施部分,包括第6章,主要是对项目进度计划进行控制的配套措施;第六部分是结论与展望部分。包括最后1章,主要是对本文的结论和遇到的难题进行了讲述。本文以项目管理软件为工具,将项目管理理论和方法用到烟台海滨路YK11-18段工程项目进度管理中,最大限度地消减了规划进程的工作量,大大提高了项目的工作效率,对项目进度达到了缩短工期、资源均衡分配的目的。同时,为烟台海滨路YK11-18段工程项目提供了一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the process of urbanization has been speeding up. As a city infrastructure, roads play a more and more important role in people's daily life, especially for people's travel and economic development. YK11-18 section of Yantai Seaside Road is a tourist trunk line. Located in the northern part of Yantai Development Zone, population flow and traffic flow are relatively large, and they are only two lanes in both directions, which will have a great impact on the road. It is urgently needed to widen the road, build a two-way four-lane road, and set up a special sidewalk. This paper mainly includes six parts and seven chapters. The first part is the preface, including the first chapter, which mainly studies the research background and significance of the progress of the YK11-18 section of Yantai seaside road. The second part is the theory part and the present situation of the YK11-18 section of Yantai waterfront road, including chapter 2 and chapter 3, It mainly expounds the relevant theories of project management and project schedule management, starting with the general situation of the project and the reasons of the current situation of the progress management, and deeply analyzes the factors that affect the project schedule management. The third part is the preparation and optimization of the progress plan, including chapter 4, as the main body of this paper, mainly using CC software to make the progress plan of the YK11-18 section of Yantai seaside road project. Then it optimizes the project schedule by shortening the time limit and changing the logical relation; 4th part is the control of the progress, including chapter 5, mainly through the way of dynamic monitoring to find the deviation between the actual progress and the planned progress. And make timely adjustments: part 5th is the part of safeguard measures, including Chapter 6, mainly supporting measures to control the progress plan of the project; part 6th is the part of conclusions and prospects, including the last chapter, This paper mainly describes the conclusions and problems encountered in this paper. Based on the project management software, this paper applies the project management theory and method to the project schedule management of the YK11-18 section of Yantai seaside road. It minimizes the workload of the planning process, greatly improves the work efficiency of the project, and achieves the goal of shortening the project schedule and allocating resources evenly. At the same time, For Yantai Haibin Road YK11-18 section of the project to provide a certain reference.
