基于Web的厨柜产品交互式定制系统研究

【摘要】:随着互联网经济的发展和消费群体的变化,探索一种符合当代经济和社会发展的厨柜定制模式已成为行业发展的必然需求。本文以提高厨柜网络定制的交互性和便捷性为目的,以厨柜产品的消费研究、模糊综合评价、虚拟现实交互和定制方案的环保品质预测为研究基础,应用Unity3D技术、Spring Web MVC框架和MySQL数据库等研发了基于Web的厨柜产品交互式定制系统。将传统单一的厨柜定制形式转变成一种体验式、交互式、更加自主和便捷的定制方式,是对厨柜网络定制的一次全新探索,也为其它家具产品的网络深度定制提供了参考。(1)采用联合分析法,开展了厨柜产品的消费研究。确定厨柜的价格、风格、五金件、存取舒适度、收纳性能、门板材料、台面材料和环保性8个属性和各属性的水平,通过SPSS17.0软件中的正交实验设计模块,形成了27个虚拟厨柜产品并采用9分制的里克特打分法对虚拟产品进行了消费者调查研究,利用SPSS 17.0软件对数据进行联合分析,结果表明:环保性和价格是8个属性中2个最为重要的属性,相对重要性分别达到了22.68%和16.77%,其次为台面材料、门板材料、五金件、存取舒适度、存储空间和风格,相对重要性分别为11.26%、10.90%、9.87%、9.82%、9.59%和9.12%,得出了环保性是影响消费者购买产品的最重要因素,将成为未来厨柜产品的重要竞争力,而消费者在购买厨柜时并不十分关注产品的风格。(2)采用梯形模糊层次分析法开展了厨柜产品各指标权重的研究。确立了厨柜产品的评价指标体系,包括6个一级指标(美观性、经济性、功能性、材料、结构/工艺和环保性)和26个二级指标;采用梯形模糊数判断标度对处于同一层次的各指标做两两对比,构造各层级的两两判断矩阵,得出各层级不同指标的权重系数。(3)采用模糊综合评价法开展了厨柜产品的评价研究。构建了模糊综合评价的评语集和标准隶属度,在德菲尔调查法调查结果的基础上,建立了单指标的模糊评价矩阵,结合梯形模糊层次法得出的各指标权重,建立了厨柜产品的模糊综合评价。(4)应用Unity3D技术开展了厨柜产品的虚拟现实交互研究,包括交互式颜色和材质变化、交互式组件移动和交互式巡游展示三个功能,分析了各部分功能的实现方法及所编写调用的脚本函数。(5)对厨柜定制中环保品质的预测开展了研究。通过数据搜集和实验室测试,建立了厨柜产品常用材料甲醛和TVOC释放量数据库,结合预测公式和厨房总体积,对定制方案的环保品质进行预测,通过对12个厨柜样本进行预测值和实测值的对比,建立了修正方程,对预测结果进行修正。(6)采用Unity3D、Spring Web MVC框架和MySQL数据库等关键技术对基于Web的厨柜产品交互式定制系统开展了研究。该定制系统分为用户登录模块、产品评价模块、虚拟现实交互模块、订购产品模块(包含交互定制和订单管理两部分)、环保品质预测模块、用户交流模块和后台管理模块七大模块。与以往的厨柜网络定制方式相比,增加了厨柜产品的评价对比、虚拟现实交互展示、交互定制、订单管理、定制方案环保品质预测和后台管理六大功能,其中订单管理中具有连接前段定制与后端生产的物料单生成功能。
[Abstract]:With the change of the economic development of the Internet and consumer groups, to explore a line with contemporary economic and social development of the kitchen cabinet customization has become an inevitable demand for development of the industry. In order to improve the network cabinet customized interactive and convenient for the purpose, to study consumer kitchen products, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, virtual reality interactive and customized solutions environmental quality prediction based on the application of Unity3D technology, the Spring Web MVC framework and MySQL database developed interactive kitchen product customization system based on Web. The traditional custom cabinets form into an experiential, interactive, more independent and convenient customization, is a new exploration of the network customized cabinet also, provide a reference for other furniture products network depth customization. (1) using conjoint analysis to carry out consumer research products. To determine the kitchen cabinet The price, style, hardware access, comfort, storage performance, door material, surface material and environmental protection of the 8 attributes and each attribute level, through the orthogonal experimental design module in SPSS17.0 software, forming 27 virtual kitchen products and using the 9 point system of Richter hit method investigated consumers for virtual product, using SPSS 17 software for data analysis, the results show that: the environmental protection and the price is 8 properties in 2 of the most important attributes, the relative importance of respectively 22.68% and 16.77%, followed by the mesa material, plate material, hardware, access to storage space and comfort, style, relative the importance is respectively 11.26%, 10.90%, 9.87%, 9.82%, 9.59% and 9.12%, the environmental protection is the most important factor influencing consumers to buy the product, the future competition will become an important force of kitchen product, and consumers in the purchase of kitchen cabinets When you are not very concerned about the product style. (2) using trapezoidal fuzzy AHP method to carry out research of kitchen product weight of each index is established. The cabinet product evaluation index system, including 6 first level indexes (appearance, economy, function, material, structure and technology and environmental protection) and 26 the two level indicators; using trapezoidal fuzzy number judgement scale for each index at the same level as 22 compared to 22 the level of judgment matrix structure, it is concluded that the weight coefficient at all levels of the various indicators. (3) by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to carry out the evaluation of kitchen products. To construct the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the evaluation set and the standard of membership, based on the survey results of Delphi survey method, establishes the fuzzy evaluation matrix of single index, the index weight with trapezoidal fuzzy AHP that established the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of kitchen products. (5) to predict the environmental quality in the kitchen cabinet customized to carry out the research through the data. Collecting and testing laboratory established kitchen products commonly used materials formaldehyde and the release of TVOC database, combined with the prediction formula and the total volume of the kitchen, for customized solutions of the environmental quality prediction, based on 12 samples of kitchen cabinet comparison between the prediction value and measured value, a correction equation, the prediction results are revised. (6) by Unity3D, the key technologies of the Spring Web MVC framework and MySQL database for interactive kitchen product customization system based on Web is studied. The customization system is divided into user board Record module, product evaluation module, virtual reality interactive module, product ordering module (which includes two parts of interactive customization and order management), environmental quality prediction module, user communication module and background management module seven modules. Compared with the previous cabinet network customization, increase the comparative evaluation of kitchen products, virtual reality interactive display, interactive custom, order management, the six functions of customized solutions environmental quality prediction and backstage management, order management has some connection customization and back-end production BOM generation function.
