存储SDN控制器管理软件的设计与实现

【摘要】:进入21世纪之后,随着互联网的普及互联网技术获得了爆炸式的发展,传统的以太网架构渐渐不能满足爆炸式增长的数据流量与复杂网络拓扑的管理需求,一种更加先进、更加灵活的互联网体系结构——软件定义网络(SDN)应运而生。SDN最大的特征就是将控制平面与数据转发平面解耦分离,对于大流量、复杂网络、网络虚拟化来说是都一种十分可行的架构方案。与此同时,使用光纤通道FC、FCoE技术的SAN网络已经成为存储网络的主流,但是SAN网络同样面临着以太网面临的问题:现有架构不能解决数据爆发和网络更加复杂带来的难题。于是,SDN与SAN相结合产生了存储软件定义网络(SSDN)。SSDN架构下的SAN网络包括四个部分:SSDN控制器、SSDN交换机、存储设备和服务器。本文主要研究了SSDN控制器的管理软件并对其基本功能进行了设计与实现。SSDN控制器是整个SAN网络的“大脑”,除了数据转发帧,SAN网络所有的控制帧都交给控制器处理,所以管理SAN网络的控制器管理软件就变得至关重要。SSDN控制器管理软件的主要功能是对SAN网络进行分区,管理SAN网络的拓扑,计算各个终端设备间的最短路径并下发路由。路由的统一计算消除了测量与管理单一流量的繁琐,同时信息的统一管理为我们提供了迅速管理数据中心级SAN网络的独特能力。此外,本课题的管理软件提供的Telnet用户接口使管理员能够对SAN网络进行实时分区管理以及路由的人工控制。本文首先系统地介绍了课题的背景与任务,接着对本课题的理论基础做了详细说明,接着简要介绍了SSDN相关产品。然后着重阐述了管理软件的Telnet模块、分区模块、控制器FSPF模块的设计与实现。最后介绍了控制器管理软件的测试环境、测试步骤与测试结果。
[Abstract]:Since 21th century, with the explosive development of Internet technology, the traditional Ethernet architecture can not meet the explosive growth of data traffic and complex network topology management needs. A more advanced and flexible Internet architecture-Software defined Network SDN (SDN) emerged as the times require. The greatest feature of SDN is to decouple the control plane from the data forwarding plane, and to decouple the control plane from the data forwarding plane for large traffic. Complex network, network virtualization is a very feasible architecture. At the same time, the SAN network using fiber channel FCU FCoE technology has become the mainstream of storage network. But the SAN network also faces the problem of Ethernet: the existing architecture can't solve the problems caused by the data burst and the more complex network. SDN and SAN are combined to produce the storage software definition network SSDN SSDN SSDN network including four parts: SSDN controller and SSDN switch. Storage devices and servers. This paper mainly studies the management software of the SSDN controller, and designs and implements the basic function of the SSDN controller, which is the "brain" of the whole SAN network. All control frames in the San network except data forwarding frames are handed over to the controller for processing. So the controller management software which manages SAN network becomes very important. The main function of SSDN controller management software is to partition the SAN network and manage the topology of SAN network. Calculate the shortest path between each terminal device and send the route down. The unified calculation of the route eliminates the red tape of measuring and managing the single flow. At the same time, the unified management of information provides us with a unique ability to quickly manage data center level SAN networks. The Telnet user interface provided by the management software of this project enables the administrator to manage the SAN network in real time and manually control the routing. Firstly, this paper introduces the background and task of the project systematically. Then the theoretical basis of this topic is explained in detail, and then the SSDN related products are briefly introduced. Then, the Telnet module and partition module of the management software are described emphatically. The design and implementation of controller FSPF module. Finally, the test environment, test steps and test results of controller management software are introduced.
