基于云平台的移动医疗系统设计与实现

【摘要】:随着社会的发展,人民生活水平在提高,与之提高的还有人民对医疗卫生系统的需求,与此同时,当前仍然存在医疗卫生体系无法完全满足日益增长医疗卫生需求的问题。首先,当前医疗卫生体系中仍然存在医患看病困难的问题;其次,绝大多数的疾病只需要随时监测即可,不需要住院治疗,在家或社区即可进行;最后,我国当前老龄化进程加快,老年人数目不断扩大,除了身体素质的不断下降外,慢性疾病也因此产生,例如高血压、冠心病、糖尿病等疾病,必须要做到随时随地测量,时时刻刻监护。基于上述一系列原因,提出了移动医疗这一概念。移动医疗就是利用无线网络、无线信号,实现医疗的信息化,将传统医疗模式中的治疗为主转变为预防为主。 本论文基于上述原因设计了移动医疗系统,该系统主要是实现血糖、血压数据的实时监测,将血糖仪、血压计中测得的相关数据传送至测量者移动设备。此外,为了实现对健康数据的大容量动态存储,,本系统充分利用了云平台海量存储数据库进行数据存储。系统通过设计的血糖伴侣和3G血压计无线通信传输模块将血糖仪、血压计测得的人体数据上传至云平台数据库,数据库对健康监护数据进行筛选优化,将有效健康监测数据信息传送至移动医疗智能终端,本系统中,移动智能终端只采用Android手机智能终端。 本文的主要工作如下: 1.介绍该移动医疗系统设计的背景与相关研究现状,结合系统的规划,重点介绍了几个用到的相关技术,包括移动医疗应用平台、云平台相关技术、Android开发的相关技术。 2.基于对论文的详细的理论研究之后,提出本系统的整体结构,即采集终端、云平台数据库、移动智能终端,并详细设计了三个组成部分的系统结构与实现功能。 3.在系统设计的基础上进行本系统实现,包括血糖伴侣、3G血压计无线传输模块的结构设计,云平台数据库的表结构、数据库接口代码的编写,手机Android客户端的应用程序开发、软件代码实现,重点是保证数据传输实时、高效、稳定,完成系统需求的各项功能。 4.对设计好的系统进行全面的测试工作,包括系统功能实现结果图,界面测试结果图,最终用户反馈结果图等,确保系统实施的有效性。
[Abstract]:With the development of society, the standard of living of the people is improving, along with the people's demand for the medical and health system, at the same time, At present, there is still the problem that the medical and health system is unable to fully meet the increasing demand for medical and health care. First, there are still problems in the current medical and health system that are difficult for doctors and patients to see a doctor; secondly, The vast majority of diseases can only be monitored at any time, without hospitalization, and can be carried out at home or in the community. Finally, the current aging process in our country is accelerating and the number of elderly people is constantly expanding, except for the continuous decline in physical fitness. Chronic diseases, such as high blood pressure, coronary heart disease, diabetes and so on, must be measured anytime and anywhere, and monitored all the time. This paper puts forward the concept of mobile medical treatment, which is to use wireless network and wireless signal to realize the informationization of medical treatment, and to change the traditional medical mode from treatment to prevention. This paper designs a mobile medical system based on the above reasons. The system mainly realizes the real-time monitoring of blood sugar and blood pressure data, and transmits the relevant data from the blood glucose meter and the blood pressure meter to the measuring device. In order to realize the large capacity dynamic storage of health data, the system makes full use of the cloud platform mass storage database to store the data. The system uses the designed blood sugar companion and 3G sphygmomanometer wireless communication transmission module to make the blood sugar meter. The human body data measured by the sphygmomanometer is uploaded to the cloud platform database, the database selects and optimizes the health monitoring data, and the effective health monitoring data information is transmitted to the mobile medical intelligent terminal. Mobile intelligent terminal only uses Android mobile phone smart terminal. The main work of this paper is as follows:. 1. Introduce the background of the mobile medical system design and related research status, combined with the system planning, focus on the introduction of several related technologies, including mobile medical application platform, cloud platform related technology and Android development related technology. 2. Based on the detailed theoretical research of the thesis, the whole structure of the system is put forward, that is, the collection terminal, the cloud platform database, the mobile intelligent terminal, and the system structure and the realization function of the three components are designed in detail. 3. The system is implemented on the basis of the system design, including the structure design of the 3G sphygmomanometer wireless transmission module, the table structure of the cloud platform database, the compilation of the database interface code, the development of the application program of the mobile phone Android client. Software code implementation, the emphasis is to ensure real-time data transmission, efficient, stable, complete the system requirements of the various functions. 4. The overall test work of the designed system is carried out, including the result diagram of the system function realization, the result diagram of the interface test, the result diagram of the end user feedback and so on, so as to ensure the effectiveness of the implementation of the system.
