医院信息化私有云的研究与开发

【摘要】:随着新医改的推进,医院信息化建设成为医疗卫生行业的重点发展方向,随着人们对医疗卫生服务需求的日益增长,传统医院信息化的方式已经无法灵活有效的应对,其架构设计和管理模式也无法适应当前数字化医院建设的发展要求。将云计算的核心技术与服务模式应用于医院信息化建设中,实现平台整体部署、资源集中管理、软硬件按需配置,满足其实际应用中可靠性、可扩展性、高可用性、安全性和按需服务等要求,提高医院信息化服务水平。本文的目的是研究云计算核心技术在医院信息化中的应用,将“云架构”与医院信息系统相融合,提出统一运维平台管理理念,通过虚拟化技术搭建基础信息平台,提高资源利用率,并采用Pacemaker集群化管理软件和HAProxy负载均衡实现平台高可用性,为医院7×24小时不间断服务模式提供保障,实现传统医院信息化建设向新型医院信息化服务模式的转变。首先,本文阐述了传统医院信息化建设的发展现状以及“烟囱式”部署模式等亟待解决的问题,分析了国内外云计算在医疗行业的应用现状。针对云计算核心技术及架构在医院信息化建设中应用优势进行分析,并详细研究了OpenStack开源云计算平台。其次,设计了基于Web的运维管理平台,使用开源平台和可扩展式部署,提高了资源性能和利用率,降低了IaaS平台的建设成本和维护成本。同时进行了OpenStack多节点高可用架构设计,以满足可扩展、高稳定、高可用的医院私有云平台。最后,进行了OpenStack开源云平台多节点部署,实现了基于Web运维管理平台以及计算、网络、存储、RabbitMQ消息队列、数据库的高可用性,并对该私有云平台的功能和高可用性进行了测试。本文是将云计算应用于医院信息化的一种尝试,拟改变传统医院信息化的建设模式,并部署高可用、可扩展的私有云平台,为医院私有云平台的大规模部署应用提供一些宝贵经验。
[Abstract]:With the promotion of the new medical reform, the construction of hospital information has become the key development direction of the medical and health industry. With the increasing demand for medical and health services, the traditional hospital information has been unable to respond flexibly and effectively. Its architecture design and management mode can not meet the development requirements of the current digital hospital construction. The core technology and service mode of cloud computing are applied to the hospital information construction to realize the overall deployment of the platform and the centralized management of resources. Software and hardware are configured on demand to meet the requirements of reliability, scalability, high availability, security and on-demand service in practical applications. The purpose of this paper is to study the application of cloud computing core technology in hospital informatization, to integrate "cloud architecture" with hospital information system, and to put forward the management idea of unified operation and maintenance platform. The basic information platform is built by virtualization technology to improve the utilization ratio of resources, and the high availability of the platform is realized by using Pacemaker cluster management software and HAProxy load balancing, which provides the guarantee for the 7 脳 24 hours uninterrupted service mode in hospital. To realize the transformation from the traditional hospital information construction to the new hospital information service mode. Firstly, this paper expounds the development status of the traditional hospital information construction and the problems to be solved urgently, such as the "chimney" deployment model, and so on. This paper analyzes the application status of cloud computing in the medical industry at home and abroad, analyzes the application advantages of cloud computing core technology and architecture in hospital information construction, and studies the OpenStack open source cloud computing platform in detail. Secondly, The operation and maintenance management platform based on Web is designed. The open source platform and extensible deployment are used to improve the resource performance and utilization, and reduce the construction cost and maintenance cost of IaaS platform. At the same time, the design of OpenStack multi-node high availability architecture is carried out. Finally, the multi-node deployment of OpenStack open source cloud platform is carried out, which is based on Web operation and maintenance management platform, computing, network, storage of RabbitMQ message queue. The function and high availability of the private cloud platform are tested. This paper is an attempt to apply cloud computing to hospital informatization, to change the construction mode of traditional hospital informatization, and to deploy high availability. The scalable private cloud platform provides some valuable experience for large-scale deployment of hospital private cloud platform.
