云服务环境下智能设备故障诊断系统的终端设计

【摘要】:随着现代工业技术的发展,企业设备的智能化、专业化程度越来越高,设备故障诊断技术在保障安全生产、设备的稳定运行等方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。现代工业和制造业需要信息技术的支撑,随着故障诊断技术和网络技术的不断融合,基于网络的远程诊断系统成为现代企业中的一个重要标志。加强对设备的状态检测和故障诊断对提高企业的生产效率具有重要的实际意义。而企业系统的不断复杂化和学科的精细化,使得单个企业或学科已经无法解决所有的问题;同时设备故障诊断技术涉及的资源也越来越丰富,数据量日益庞大,需要大量的科学计算和工作经验支持,这些都对网络服务提出了更高的要求。近年来为了使远程诊断系统更加符合企业的需求,许多新技术被应用到远程诊断系统中。云计算是一种全新的网络服务模式,将云计算技术应用到远程诊断系统中,可以为设备的故障诊断提供更好的解决方案和技术支持。 本文设计了一种基于云服务的针对智能设备的故障诊断系统架构,将故障诊断系统的所有计算、分析和存储等任务交由云端来完成,云端再将处理后的结果通过网络反馈给用户,系统具有灵活性高、成本低、可扩展性强等特点。由于系统的所有数据都存储在云端,为了简化用户和应用程序对云端数据的操作过程,更好地实现对设备故障诊断过程中文件的存储和查询等操作,文章设计了一种基于云存储服务的文件系统,使用文件系统的方式对云端数据进行管理。该文件系统完成了云存储服务接口和标准文件系统接口之间的转换,使用户和应用程序可以像操作本地文件一样直接操作云端数据。论文最后对实现的原型系统进行测试,并对测试结果和系统性能做了分析。
[Abstract]:With the development of modern industrial technology and the intelligence and specialization of enterprise equipment, equipment fault diagnosis technology is ensuring safe production. The stable operation of equipment is playing an increasingly important role. Modern industry and manufacturing need the support of information technology, with the continuous integration of fault diagnosis technology and network technology, The remote diagnosis system based on network has become an important symbol in modern enterprises. It is of great practical significance to strengthen the condition detection and fault diagnosis of equipment to improve the production efficiency of enterprises. Hybrid and disciplinary refinement, At the same time, equipment fault diagnosis technology involves more and more resources, and the amount of data is increasing, which requires a lot of scientific calculation and work experience support. In recent years, many new technologies have been applied to remote diagnosis systems in order to meet the needs of enterprises. Cloud computing is a new network service model. The application of cloud computing technology to remote diagnosis system can provide better solutions and technical support for fault diagnosis of devices. In this paper, a fault diagnosis system architecture for intelligent devices based on cloud service is designed. All the tasks of computing, analysis and storage of the fault diagnosis system are handed over to the cloud to complete. The system has the advantages of high flexibility, low cost, strong expansibility and so on. Because all the data of the system are stored in the cloud, all the data of the system are stored in the cloud. In order to simplify the operation process of user and application to cloud data and realize the file storage and query in the process of equipment fault diagnosis, a file system based on cloud storage service is designed in this paper. Manage cloud data using a file system that converts the cloud storage service interface to the standard file system interface. Users and applications can directly manipulate cloud data as local files. Finally, the prototype system is tested, and the test results and system performance are analyzed.
