基于TOE框架的企业私有云迁移决策指标体系研究

【摘要】:近几年,云计算在国内有着突飞猛进的发展,越来越多的大型企业开始部署私有云。对于企业而言,他们将面临着一个问题——企业现存的系统到底适不适合迁移到私有云平台上?为了给这个问题提供一个科学严谨的解决办法,本文进行了以下三方面的研究。 1.对企业现有系统的云迁移决策影响因素进行探索性研究 在解决该问题之前,需了解哪些因素会影响到企业现有系统的云迁移决策。首先,第二章中,本研究对业界学者以及研究机构的研究成果进行了综述,并结合IS技术采纳领域学者们使用较多的TOE框架,梳理出了目前学术研究领域中提及的影响企业现有系统私有云迁移决策的影响因素表。再次,为了更好地对其进行验证,本研究采用了专家访谈的形式。专家组的组成有云计算相关研究学者、部署了私有云的企业的IT部门员工、云服务提供商(比如IBM)的工程师等。最后对初步拟定的影响因素表进行完善和修改,得到了最终的云迁移决策影响因素表,从而为云迁移决策指标体系的建立打下理论基础。 2.构建了企业现有系统云迁移决策评价指标体系 梳理出企业云迁移决策影响因素表后,依据层次评价指标体系的建立原则,本研究构建了企业现有系统云迁移决策评价指标体系。主要包含三个层级。第一个层级为准则层,包含技术匹配度、业务价值、风险暴露三个方面。第二个层级为一级指标层,分别列示出各准则层下的评价指标,技术匹配度包括集成性、效率、定制化、应用系统特性、性能、兼容性六个指标;业务价值包括业务关键性、成本节约、高级管理者的支持度、社会影响、数据敏感度、迁移费用六个指标;风险暴露包括缺乏成熟度、数据安全、监管控制、合规性四个指标。第三个层级是二级指标层,主要是对一级指标的补充与完善,共有31个指标。由于指标体系中各指标的重要度及贡献值不尽相同,因此在完成指标体系的构建后,本研究采用FAHP法分析专家的打分值,进而确定了各一级指标的权重值。 3.通过实证研究,验证了本研究建立的企业现有系统云迁移决策评价指标体系的合理性 在上述研究的基础上,本研究选取了中国某运营商XX基地作为案例企业,选取其搭建的融合支撑云作为企业的私有云平台,选取已经迁移至该云平台上的企业原有系统培训管理系统作为待评估系统。对企业中的相关员工以及本研究项目组成员发放问卷进行实证调查,共采集到25份有效数据。采用模糊综合评价分析法对数据进行分析,得到了包含技术匹配度、业务价值、风险暴露三个准则得分的评价分值组合。不同的分值组合对应着不同的迁移决策。对照本研究提出的决策方案表,得到了培训管理系统适合迁移到融合支撑云平台上的结论。由于该系统现已成功迁入融合支撑云中,所以验证了本研究提出的云迁移决策评价指标体系的合理性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of cloud computing in China in recent years, more and more large enterprises begin to deploy private cloud. They will be faced with the question of whether existing enterprise systems are suitable for migration to private cloud platforms? In order to provide a scientific and rigorous solution to this problem, this paper carries out the following three aspects of research. 1. An exploratory study on the influencing factors of cloud migration decision in existing enterprise systems. Before solving this problem, we need to know which factors will affect the cloud migration decision of the existing enterprise system. First, in chapter 2, the research results of the industry scholars and research institutions are summarized. Combined with the TOE framework used by scholars in the field of technology adoption of is, the influential factors that affect the decision making of private cloud migration in the enterprise's existing system mentioned in the academic research field are sorted out. Thirdly, in order to better verify it, This study was conducted in the form of expert interviews. The expert group consisted of cloud computing researchers, IT department staff of companies with private cloud, Finally, the influence factors table is improved and modified, and the final cloud migration decision influencing factor table is obtained, which lays a theoretical foundation for the establishment of cloud migration decision index system. 2. The evaluation index system of cloud migration decision is constructed. After combing out the influencing factors table of enterprise cloud migration decision, according to the establishment principle of hierarchical evaluation index system, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of enterprise cloud migration decision, which consists of three levels. The first level is the criterion layer. The second level is the first level index layer, which lists the evaluation index under each criterion layer, and the technical matching degree includes integration, efficiency, customization, application system characteristics, the second level is the first level index layer, including the technical matching degree, including the integration, efficiency, customization, application system characteristic, the technical matching degree includes the integration, the efficiency, the customization, the application system characteristic. Performance, compatibility, business value including business critical, cost saving, senior management support, social impact, data sensitivity, migration costs, risk exposure including lack of maturity, data security, Supervision and control, compliance of four indicators. The third level is the second level of indicators, mainly to supplement and improve the primary indicators, a total of 31 indicators. Therefore, after completing the construction of the index system, this study uses FAHP method to analyze the scoring value of experts, and then determines the weight value of each grade index. 3. Through the empirical research, the rationality of the evaluation index system of enterprise cloud migration decision is verified. On the basis of the above research, this study selected XX base of a Chinese operator as a case enterprise, and selected its fusion support cloud as the private cloud platform of the enterprise. Select the enterprise training management system which has migrated to the cloud platform as the evaluation system. A total of 25 valid data were collected. The data were analyzed by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and the technical matching degree and business value were obtained. The evaluation score combination of the three criteria of risk exposure. Different score combinations correspond to different migration decisions. The conclusion that the training management system is suitable for migration to the fusion support cloud platform is obtained. Because the training management system has been successfully moved into the fusion support cloud, the rationality of the evaluation index system of cloud migration decision proposed in this study is verified.
