基于CIPS业务的PCC架构演进方案的研究与设计

【摘要】:移动互联网和智能手机终端的迅猛发展使得数据流量迎来爆炸式增长的同时,高QoS需求的电信级IP业务逐渐成为焦点,流量经营正是用于解决这类问题。3GPP针对流量经营提出了PCC架构,在2/3G网络中的PCC架构主要侧重于流量疏导和管控,在LTE网络中PCC架构在2/3G PCC架构的基础上加入了差异化服务这一特性,以提升高价值用户的体验,运营商借此缓解数据流量增量不增收等问题,增加数据流量方面的收入,提升竞争力。 本文在现网PCC架构上加入网元PA (Proxy Agent),对新增网元PA以及其他核心网网元、接口的功能分别提出了改进方案,还对整个PCC流程在2/3G PCC流程的基础上做出了改进与完善。本文针对特定PCC应用场景,详细设计了演进的PCC架构的具体信令流程。根据上述特点,业务平台可以依照网络状况实时地调整业务服务质量,提升用户体验。基于业务平台使用HTTP协议,移动核心网信令使用Diameter协议,本文在最后针对新增网元PA的协议转换功能做出了详细设计,包括抓包分析Diameter协议,QoS参数的设计,两种协议之间QoS参数如何映射的设计等。经分析,上述设计基本可行,使用本文提出的演进的PCC架构,用户体验明显提升,该架构对于特定应用的控制流程以及该架构相较于2/3G PCC架构具有一定的优势。论文最后总结了本文提出的演进的PCC架构的优势与不足,并对本文下一步工作进行了展望。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of mobile Internet and smart phone terminal, the data traffic is growing explosively, and the telecom IP service with high QoS demand is becoming the focus. Traffic management is used to solve this kind of problem. 3GPP proposed a PCC framework for traffic management. The PCC architecture in 2 / 3 G network mainly focuses on traffic diversion and control. In the LTE network, the PCC architecture adds the characteristic of differentiated service on the basis of the 2 / 3G PCC architecture to enhance the experience of high-value users, so that the operators can alleviate the problem of increasing the data traffic increment and increase the revenue of the data traffic. Enhance competitiveness. In this paper, the PA proxy agent is added to the current network PCC architecture, and the functions of the new network element PA and other core network elements and the interface are proposed respectively. The whole PCC process is improved and perfected on the basis of the 2 / 3 PCC process. This paper designs the specific signaling flow of the evolving PCC architecture in detail according to the specific PCC application scenario. The service platform can adjust the service quality of service and improve the user experience in real time according to the network condition. Based on the service platform, the HTTP protocol is used, and the Diameter protocol is used in the mobile core network signaling. At the end of this paper, the protocol conversion function of new network element PA is designed in detail, including the design of Diameter parameters, how to map QoS parameters between the two protocols, and so on. Using the evolving PCC architecture presented in this article, the user experience has improved significantly, This architecture has some advantages over 2 / 3G PCC architecture and the control flow of specific application. Finally, the paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the evolving PCC architecture proposed in this paper, and looks forward to the future work of this paper.
