基于Web的科技业务系统的研究与设计

【摘要】:随着我国信息化建设步伐不断加快,科技业务信息管理也面临着网络化发展的潮流,以更好地适应当前我国科研主管部门对科技业务管理信息化的需求。基于Web Service的科技业务管理系统,可实现科研项目所有业务信息和项目审批管理的信息化、网络化,同时利用计算机技术和网络技术提高科研主管部门的管理效率,满足他们的工作的实际需要。系统采用了B/S/S这种目前流行的体系结构,在科技业务管理系统的设计和开发中涉及到了企业级Web服务器搭建、面向对象软件组件架构理论、数据信息的挖掘和信息管理、数据检索等开发技术和开发理论。科技业务管理系统在具体开发方法上采用了Apache与PHP、Mysql的开发组合,并且整合了目前流行的许多开源框架。论文首先对科技业务管理系统的研发背景进行了描述,确定了本系统的基本开发思路。在论文中对当前WEB类信息系统开发所采用的常用技术和开发方法特点进行了介绍,对系统的前期需求分析进行说明,以此来确定科技业务管理系统的各主要功能组成和本系统的组织框架、进而明确了本系统要完成的具体目标。在原有以太网络组织架构的物理组织基础上,明确了系统软件功能对应的主要用户类别,系统要完成的主要功能,科技管理各项业务的具体流程,以UML提供的用例图和用例说明表的方式进行了分析。最后,还对本系统所需要的服务器在安全、性能方面的需求等要求进行了简介。在需求分析的工作基础上,主要是通过UML提供的数据库模型图来对系统后台数据库的设计进行了说明,数据库设计主要是通过E-R模型图来表述数据库的设计。最后是介绍本系统各主要模块的具体设计与实现阶段,主要是通过UML工具提供的功能包对科技业务管理系统的主要核心业务功能进行了细化设计,并明确说明了系统各主要功能的子功能包对应实现类的设计,并对主要业务工作流程进行了表述。主要有系统用户管理、系统数据库与参数设置管理、项目申报与审批信息管理、科研设备采购信息管理、科研项目日常跟踪管理与科研项目结题信息管理等功能模块的设计与实现工作。系统在开发过程和开发完成后进行了较系统的测试,测试结果表明本平台系统基本满足了设计需求。
[Abstract]:With the accelerating pace of information construction in our country, the information management of science and technology business is also facing the trend of network development. In order to better meet the needs of the current scientific research departments in charge of science and technology business management information in our country. The science and technology business management system based on Web Service can realize the informationization and networking of all business information and project examination and approval management of scientific research projects. At the same time, using computer technology and network technology to improve the management efficiency of scientific research departments to meet the actual needs of their work. In the design and development of sci-tech business management system, it involves the construction of enterprise Web server, the theory of object-oriented software component architecture, the mining of data information and the management of information. Data Retrieval and other development techniques and development theories. In the development method of sci-tech business management system, the development combination of Apache and PHP MySQL is adopted. And integrated many popular open source frameworks. Firstly, the paper describes the background of the research and development of science and technology business management system. In this paper, the common technology and development methods used in the development of WEB type information system are introduced, and the preliminary requirement analysis of the system is explained. In order to determine the main functions of the science and technology business management system and the organizational framework of the system, and then to clarify the specific objectives of the system to be completed, on the basis of the physical organization of the original Ethernet network organization, The main user categories corresponding to the system software functions, the main functions of the system to be completed, the specific processes of scientific and technological management of various businesses, and the use case diagrams and use case description tables provided by UML are analyzed. On the basis of requirement analysis, the database model diagram provided by UML is used to explain the design of the system background database. Database design is mainly expressed by E-R model diagram. Finally, the design and implementation of the main modules of the system are introduced. The main core business functions of the sci-tech business management system are designed in detail through the function package provided by UML tools, and the design of the corresponding implementation classes of the sub-function packages of the main functions of the system is clearly explained. The main business processes are described, such as system user management, system database and parameter setting management, project declaration and approval information management, scientific research equipment purchasing information management, etc. The design and implementation of the functional modules such as the routine tracking management of scientific research projects and the information management of scientific research projects are carried out. After the development process and the development are completed, the system is tested systematically. The test results show that the platform system basically meets the design requirements.
