韶关电信IP城域网网络优化设计与实施

【摘要】:在三网融合战略环境下,广电和电信运营商加速进入对方的经营领域,运营商市场竞争加剧。此外,因传统固话市场份额不断萎缩,IP通信方式逐步替代电路交换为主的语音通信,中国电信提出了由基础网络运营商转为综合信息服务提供商的战略转型计划,在经营传统固话、基础网电路出租、宽带业务的基础上,经营移动电话、IPTV、宽带增值产品等业务。 韶关电信从2008年开始推出了IPTV业务。IPTV业务的流量增长迅速,至2012年已经超过了普通宽带上网的流量。同时,随着城市信息化的发展,用户的网速需求也越来越高,从最早的2M已逐步提升到6M、12M,甚至部分地区达到100M。IPTV业务的发展和宽带的大提速,使韶关电信IP城域网的流量大幅增长,部分网络设备和链路出现了瓶颈,网络质量下降,影响了IPTV、IP电话、即时网络游戏等业务的感知。为提升韶关电信宽带产品的市场竞争力,助力韶关电信战略转型,韶关电信网络运营部组建了数据团队,负责韶关IP城域网优化方案的设计和实施工作。 本文首先对韶关电信IP城域网核心层、业务控制层、接入汇聚层及业务发展情况的现状和存在问题进行分析、总结。然后针对存在的问题,一方面从网络结构的角度,制定了IP城域网核心层、业务控制层、接入汇聚层和配套传输资源的优化方案;另一方面,,从承载业务的角度,针对IP城域网常见的宽带上网、IPTV、VPN等业务,分析影响其业务质量的因素,并制定了相应的优化方案。按照方案设计实施韶关城域网工程,通过测试城域网业务,验证了方案优化后的效果。最后,对韶关IP城域网的发展作出规划设想,为下一步网络优化改造的方向提出建议。
[Abstract]:In the strategic environment of three-network convergence, radio, television and telecommunications operators accelerate their entry into the other side's business areas, and the market competition of operators intensifies. As the traditional fixed-line market share is shrinking and IP communication mode is gradually replacing the voice communication based on circuit switching, China Telecom has put forward a strategic transformation plan from basic network operator to integrated information service provider to operate traditional fixed-line telephone. Basic network circuit rental, broadband services on the basis of operating mobile phone IPTV, broadband value-added products and other services. Since 2008, Shaoguan Telecom has launched the IPTV service. The traffic of the service has grown rapidly, and by 2012, it has already exceeded the traffic of the ordinary broadband Internet. At the same time, with the development of the city information, the demand for the network speed of the users is also increasing. From the earliest 2m, it has been gradually upgraded to 6MU 12M.Even in some areas, the development of 100M.IPTV services and the rapid growth of broadband have greatly increased the traffic of Shaoguan Telecom IP Metropolitan area Network, and some network equipment and links have appeared bottlenecks, and the network quality has declined. In order to enhance the market competitiveness of Shaoguan telecom broadband products and help Shaoguan telecom to transform its strategy, Shaoguan telecom network operation department has set up a data team. Responsible for the design and implementation of IP man optimization scheme in Shaoguan. In this paper, the current situation and existing problems of core layer, service control layer, access convergence layer and service development of Shaoguan Telecom IP man are analyzed and summarized. Then, in view of the existing problems, on the one hand, from the point of view of network structure, The optimization scheme of IP man core layer, service control layer, access convergence layer and supporting transmission resources is established. On the other hand, from the point of view of carrying service, aiming at the common services of IP metropolitan area network, such as broadband internet, IPTV VPN, etc. This paper analyzes the factors affecting the service quality, and formulates the corresponding optimization scheme. According to the scheme design, the Shaoguan man project is implemented, and the effect of the scheme optimization is verified by testing the metropolitan area network service. Finally, The development of Shaoguan IP Metropolitan area Network (man) is planned, and some suggestions are put forward for the further optimization and transformation of the IP Metropolitan area Network (man).
