基于Struts的基层质监局网站的开发

【摘要】:随着社会各界对政府部门信息化公开的要求不断深入,加上计算机技术和网络技术的飞速发展,海拉尔质监局过去通过人工来管理日常工作的方式已经不能满足现状,而且很有可能会造成资源、人员的浪费,甚至导致某些工作不能很好地完成。因此,为了更好地服务群众,也为了响应上级部门的号召,尽早地开发一个属于本质监系统的网站迫在眉睫,使之成为对外宣传、公开的窗口和对内科学管理的平台。 本文从质监局网站开发的背景与意义着手,分析了该网站开发的可行性与需求,然后对该网站进行了概要设计与详细设计,最后对其进行了实现。本网站的设计采用了当今比较流行的B/S应用模型进行开发,采用三层架构对系统进行实现。本网站的开发是在Eclipse平台下进行的,项目应用了当今比较流行的Struts框架结构,,在服务器端配置了Tomcat6.0和JDK1.6,数据库使用了Oracle。 本文所设计开发的质监局网站立足于当前信息公开的现实需求,能够充分利用内蒙古自治区质监系统已有网络资源和当前科技技术,实现了对技术的网络化支持,提供了各类问题的在线响应,并达到了对外宣传的作用。同时该网站的开发还为工作人员的日常办公提供了帮助,使其能够很方便地通过网站后台发布通知公告和文章等,还可以为工作人员提供各类技术文档和应用软件的下载等,从而有效地提高了办公效率。另外,本网站的开发还为广大群众提供一个可查询各类公开信息的窗口,实现了信息的公开,同时还设置了征求意见箱栏目,广泛征求群众的意见,很好地实现了与群众的沟通。
[Abstract]:With the deepening demands of all circles of society for the openness of government departments' information technology, coupled with the rapid development of computer technology and network technology, the Hailaer quality Supervision Bureau has been unable to meet the present situation in the way of manual management of its daily work in the past. Moreover, it is very likely that resources and personnel will be wasted, and that some work will not be done very well. Therefore, in order to better serve the masses and to respond to the call of the higher authorities, It is urgent to develop a website belonging to this quality supervision system as soon as possible, so that it can become a window of publicity, publicity and a platform for internal scientific management. This paper starts with the background and significance of the website development of the Bureau of quality Supervision, analyzes the feasibility and requirements of the website development, and then gives a brief design and detailed design of the website. Finally, it is realized. The design of this website adopts the popular B / S application model and the three-tier architecture to realize the system. The development of this website is carried out under the Eclipse platform. The project applied the popular Struts framework structure, configured Tomcat6.0 and JDK 1.6 on the server side, and used Oracle in the database. The website designed and developed in this paper is based on the actual demand of information disclosure, and can make full use of the existing network resources and current scientific and technological technologies of the quality Supervision system of Inner Mongolia Autonomous region, and realize the network support to the technology. It provides online response to all kinds of problems, and achieves the function of publicity. At the same time, the development of the website also provides help for the daily work of the staff, making it easy for them to issue notices and articles through the background of the website. In addition, the development of this website can also provide a window for the general public to inquire about all kinds of public information. At the same time, a box column was set up to solicit the opinions of the masses and to communicate well with the masses.
