注册表单交互中的挫折感研究

【摘要】:Web2.0时代是深度探索互联网的时代,在这之前的网站主要以内容预定的方式建设而成,而现在的互联网更多地采用以用户生成为主的新方式,用户便成为互联网产品的主体。表单作为用户联系的中介,传递信息的同时,创造了新内容。例如结账表单,登录表单,联系表单,查询表单,等等。注册表单作为网站的入口,与用户利益和商业目标息息相关,为网站承载着重要的使命。 在注重用户体验和用户情感的互联网时代,目前糟糕的注册体验应得到改善与提升。本文的研究重点正是发现注册中影响用户体验的挫折因子,并提出系统性的应对方法。文中对挫折体验和挫折感进行概念解析,从用户体验要素的角度分析了注册交互的四个层面,并剖析了交互过程中引起用户受挫的四个影响因素,总结了注册过程中用户遭受挫折体验的三大方面:“劝说”方面、视觉表现方面、交互内容与行为方面。受文化、社会背景、年龄等各种因素的影响,不同认知水平的用户在进行表单交互时所遭受到的挫折感的程度也有所不同,并且针对不同表单,用户受挫后的心理反应和行为反应也千差万别。 论文实验部分对注册的“劝说”方面、视觉表现方面和交互内容与行为方面进行展开,预设30项挫折因子,通过对100个网站注册和注册表单的调查分析,得出每项因子的具体表现和所占比例。并根据“客观因子”和“主观因子”、对挫折因子进行定量和定性分析,还针对“客观因子”进行可用性测试,,实验研究的目的是为了分析注册中造成体验受挫的因子,以及便于估算挫折成本的注册时间。挫折因子来源于注册会话中的各个元素,由于人机交互的特殊性,言语交际学中对“主体”、“语境”、“话语”的研究可以很好的协调人与人之间的交流,因此以自然会话艺术来探讨注册体验的设计,把注册中的不同元素有效的结合起来,提高注册表单的可用性与满意度;从用户与表单开发者、设计者之间的关系,注册会话的情境因素,注册表单的会话内容的表达,以及注册会话的流畅四个方面提出应对方法。 论文结尾指出了研究中存在难点和不足,并提出本课题研究的重要性、延伸性。指出注册表单可能的发展方向,比如在移动互联网中注册表单交互的特殊性和设计的局限性,包括表单的未来形式的畅想,尝试着做一些前沿性的展望。
[Abstract]:The era of Web2.0 is the era of deep exploration of the Internet. Before this, websites were mainly built by the way of content reservation, but now the Internet more uses the new way of user-generated, the user becomes the main body of the Internet products.The form acts as an intermediary for user contact, delivering information and creating new content.Such as checkout form, login form, contact form, query form, and so on.Registration form, as the entry of the website, is closely related to the interests of users and business objectives, and carries an important mission for the website.In the Internet age, where user experience and user emotion are emphasized, the current poor registration experience should be improved and upgraded.The research focus of this paper is to find the frustration factors that affect the user experience in registration, and put forward systematic coping methods.This paper analyzes the concept of frustration experience and frustration, analyzes the four levels of registration interaction from the point of view of user experience elements, and analyzes the four influencing factors that cause user frustration in the process of interaction.This paper summarizes three aspects of user frustration experience in the process of registration: persuasion, visual representation, interactive content and behavior.Influenced by various factors, such as culture, social background, age and so on, the degree of frustration experienced by users with different cognitive levels in the form interaction is also different, and for different forms,The psychological and behavioral reactions of users after frustration are also very different.In the experiment part of the paper, the author carries on the research on the aspects of "persuasion" of registration, visual representation and interactive content and behavior, and sets up 30 frustration factors, and analyzes the registration and registration forms of 100 websites through the investigation and analysis.The specific performance and proportion of each factor are obtained.According to "objective factor" and "subjective factor", quantitative and qualitative analysis of frustration factor and usability test of "objective factor" are carried out. The purpose of the experiment is to analyze the factors causing frustration in registration.And easy to estimate the cost of frustration registration time.Due to the particularity of human-computer interaction, the study of "subject", "context" and "discourse" in verbal communication can well coordinate the communication between people.Therefore, using the art of natural conversation to explore the design of registration experience, the different elements in registration can be effectively combined to improve the usability and satisfaction of registration form, and the relationship between user and form developer, designer, etc.The contextual factors of the registered session, the expression of the session content of the registration form, and the fluency of the registered session are presented.At the end of the paper, the author points out the difficulties and shortcomings in the research, and points out the importance and extensibility of the research.This paper points out the possible development direction of registry forms, such as the particularity of registry sheet interaction and the limitation of design in mobile Internet, including the imagination of the future form of form, and tries to make some forerunner prospects.
