面向应用的军事信息服务规划研究

【摘要】:随着科技的不断进步,各国对国防的要求越来越高。战场环境越来越复杂,军事资源越来越丰富,现有的军事信息系统已不能满足对环境高度适变、对资源高效整合需求,具有自主决策、高度适变等特征的新一代的军事信息系统成为迫切需要研究的领域。随着Web服务技术的成熟,在军事信息系统中加入服务的思想越来越成为一种共识,未来随着军事信息服务的开发,面向应用基于服务的军事信息系统将成为一种普遍现象。本文基于未来军事信息系统的新特征,主要做了以下工作和研究:1.基于更智能、更高效的军事信息系统需求,在简单引入课题背景、研究现状及课题内容后,介绍了SOA/Web服务的相关概念以及基于服务的军事信息系统所具有的优势,在此基础上,提出了面向应用的军事信息服务规划(AOMISP)概念框架,主要包括语义解析、服务生成及服务规划模块。2.研究了基于自然语言输入的军事应用的解析问题。设计了子任务生成专家系统,实现了军事应用从自然语言到服务可识别的子任务序列的转换;基于领域本体,研究了子任务约束条件的获取方法。3.对本文中“服务”概念进行了详细定义并结合已有研究设计了服务描述模型;针对服务生成过程的特点,对聚类技术应用于服务生成的实现算法进行了初步研究和演示。4.研究了服务规划中的三个关键问题,扩充了服务QoS通用指标,提出了QPV操作概念,研究了服务优化选择的算法,设计了基于军事需求等级和QPV操作的负载均衡机制。5.给出了AOMISP军事信息系统总体框架的初步设计,分析了AOMISP在导弹防御作战中的应用,设计了简化的导弹拦截算法流程,完成了子任务序列生成及服务流生成的演示。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology, countries have higher and higher requirements for national defense.The battlefield environment is becoming more and more complex and the military resources are becoming more and more abundant. The existing military information systems can no longer meet the requirements of highly adaptable environment and highly efficient integration of resources and have independent decision-making.The new generation of military information system with high adaptability and other characteristics has become an urgent research field.With the maturity of Web service technology, the idea of adding service to military information system becomes more and more common. In the future, with the development of military information service, application-oriented military information system will become a common phenomenon.Based on the new features of the future military information system, this paper mainly does the following work and research: 1.Based on the requirement of more intelligent and efficient military information system, this paper introduces the related concepts of SOA/Web service and the advantages of military information system based on service after simply introducing the background of the subject, studying the present situation and the content of the subject.An application-oriented AOMISP-based conceptual framework for military information service planning is proposed, including semantic parsing, service generation and service planning module .2.The analytical problem of military applications based on natural language input is studied.A sub-task generation expert system is designed to transform military application from natural language to service identifiable sub-task sequence. Based on domain ontology, the method of obtaining subtask constraints is studied.The concept of "service" in this paper is defined in detail, and the service description model is designed in combination with the existing research. According to the characteristics of the service generation process, the implementation algorithm of the application of clustering technology to service generation is studied and demonstrated.In this paper, three key problems in service planning are studied, the general index of service QoS is extended, the concept of QPV operation is proposed, the algorithm of service optimization selection is studied, and the load balancing mechanism based on military requirement level and QPV operation is designed.The primary design of AOMISP military information system is presented, the application of AOMISP in missile defense is analyzed, the simplified missile interception algorithm is designed, and the subtask sequence generation and service flow generation are demonstrated.
