基于云服务的区域医疗信息共享协同平台的研究

【摘要】:近年来,飞速发展的信息技术被广泛应用于社会各个领域。在医疗卫生信息化建设方面,随着国家在政策和资金上的支持,信息化水平正在稳步提升,各种先进的信息技术也被广泛灵活地应用于其中。特别是云计算技术为医疗卫生机构的信息化建设提供了强劲的技术支持,并且为“新医改”创造了捷径。云计算作为新发展起来的信息技术,在信息处理方面具有更高的效率,,在服务方式方面能接受更低的成本。探索云计算时代的信息化技术和应用,成为近年来最热门的研究领域之一。 本文所研究的区域医疗信息共享协同平台以云计算和SOA作为技术支撑,以网络信息化服务为手段,整合区域内医疗卫生资源,完成区域内医疗卫生机构及其相关部门的信息采集、交换和共享,促进县级以上医院与基层医疗机构的服务协同,使优质医疗资源下沉,有助于缓解群众“看病难、看病贵”问题。 通过对区域内各医疗卫生及其相关机构的信息化建设、医疗信息共享、医疗活动协同等进行需求分析,提出了以云计算技术、SOA架构模型以及Web Service技术为理论依据的区域医疗信息共享协同平台的架构方案,并对其中的关键技术具体应用到区域医疗信息共享协同中进行了分析和研究。具体工作的开展如下: (1)结合青岛市医疗信息化建设的现状,对医院内的各信息系统互联互通需求、基层医疗卫生机构信息化需求和院间医疗活动协同等新型服务模式进行了分析研究,提出了平台应具有的各项功能服务。 (2)基于云计算技术、SOA架构模式、Web Service技术以及SaaS服务模式,提出了适合于本区域的医疗信息共享协同平台的硬件拓扑结构和软件体系架构方案,并重点对部署在平台上的健康档案系统进行了分析与设计。 (3)为了加快区域医疗信息化建设进程,促进全面地医疗信息共享和医疗活动协同,实现以SaaS服务模式为有信息化建设和完善需求的机构提供软件租用服务,提出一种为多租户提供服务的访问控制模型SMTAC为平台的SaaS提供保障。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the rapid development of information technology is widely used in all fields of society. In the field of medical and health information construction, with the support of national policies and funds, the level of informatization is improving steadily, and various advanced information technologies are also widely and flexibly used in them. In particular, cloud computing technology provides strong technical support for the information construction of medical and health institutions, and creates a shortcut for the "new health care reform". Cloud computing, as a newly developed information technology, has higher efficiency in information processing, and can accept lower cost in the way of service. Exploring the information technology and application in cloud computing era has become one of the hottest research fields in recent years. The regional medical information sharing collaborative platform studied in this paper is based on cloud computing and SOA, and integrates the medical and health resources in the region by means of network information service. To complete the collection, exchange and sharing of information between medical and health institutions and their related departments in the region, to promote the coordination of services between hospitals at or above the county level and primary medical institutions, and to sink quality medical resources, which will help to alleviate the "difficulty of seeing a doctor for the masses," The problem of expensive medical treatment. Through the analysis of the information construction, the sharing of medical information, the coordination of medical activities and so on in various medical and health institutions in the region, Based on cloud computing technology, SOA architecture model and Web Service technology, the architecture of regional medical information sharing and collaboration platform is proposed. The key technologies are applied to regional medical information sharing and cooperation. Specific work has been carried out as follows: Based on the present situation of medical information construction in Qingdao, this paper analyzes and studies the new service modes, such as the need for the interconnection of various information systems in hospitals, the information needs of primary medical and health institutions, and the coordination of medical activities between hospitals. The functions and services that the platform should have are put forward. Based on cloud computing technology, Service technology and SaaS service mode, the hardware topology and software architecture scheme of medical information sharing collaborative platform is proposed. The health file system deployed on the platform is analyzed and designed. 3) in order to speed up the process of regional medical information construction, promote the overall medical information sharing and coordination of medical activities, and realize the use of SaaS service mode to provide software rental services for institutions with information construction and perfect needs, This paper presents an access control model (SMTAC), which provides services for multi-tenants, and provides support for the platform's SaaS.
