微博网络信息传播分析与模型构建

【摘要】:微博是一种基于用户关系的信息交流和沟通的社交网络平台,由于其使用方式便捷、传播迅速、交互性强等特点,在信息分发和舆论传播等方面发挥非常重要的作用,不仅改变了网络信息传播的形式和结构,也改变了人们获取和传播信息的方式和习惯。研究微博网络的信息传播可以帮助正确了解其传播特征和规律,有利于设计出更符合用户习惯的各种信息服务,并能为实现科学监测、引导和控制舆论传播提供理论基础和实践指导。 本文选取新浪微博作为主要研究对象,在分析了微博用户网络特征、信息传播特征等基础上,采用用户行为特征描述微博网络信息传播过程,设计基于用户行为特征的信息传播模型,并在真实的微博数据上模拟信息传播的演化过程。主要工作如下: 对微博的用户网络拓扑特征和信息传播规律的统计分析。本文在新浪微博的采样数据上,首先统计了由微博用户组成的复杂网络的拓扑特征,并通过实验证明网络结构对信息传播的影响。然后分析了微博信息的转发特征、微博信息传播网络图的路径特征,并结合传播实例分析传播网络图形成的影响因素。 根据微博用户的行为特征的分析,描述微博网络信息传播过程,,并设计了基于用户行为特征的微博信息传播模型。按照用户在信息传播过程中的位置和作用,分析发文用户、阅读用户和转发用户的行为特征对信息传播的影响。在用户历史发布和转发博文的数据上,计算发文用户的影响力、阅读用户的阅读习惯、转发用户的转发偏好度,并将这些特征作为模型参数。本文在新浪微博真实数据的基础上,通过调用模型算法,模拟信息传播的过程,其仿真结果表现出的信息传播特征与真实情况相符合。实验以信息影响到的最终范围作为评价标准,分别从使用微博子网络数据和在线采集分析用户数据两个方面进行传播范围的预测,都得到了较高的准确率。该模型在用户历史行为的基础上,准确描述了微博中信息传播的过程和影响范围,为下一步工作中微博舆情的发现和控制提供了依据。
[Abstract]:Weibo is a social network platform for information exchange and communication based on user relations. Because of its convenient use, rapid communication and strong interaction, Weibo plays a very important role in information distribution and public opinion dissemination. It not only changes the form and structure of network information dissemination, but also changes the way and habit of people to obtain and disseminate information. Studying the transmission of information on Weibo's network can help us to understand its characteristics and rules of communication correctly, to design a variety of information services that are more in line with the user's habits, and to realize scientific monitoring. Guide and control the dissemination of public opinion to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance. In this paper, Weibo of Sina is chosen as the main research object, on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of user network and information dissemination, user behavior features are used to describe the process of network information dissemination. The information transmission model based on user behavior is designed, and the evolution process of information transmission is simulated on the real Weibo data. The main tasks are as follows: To Weibo's user network topology characteristic and the information dissemination rule statistical analysis. Based on the sampling data of Sina Weibo, this paper firstly statistics the topological characteristics of the complex network composed of Weibo users, and proves the influence of the network structure on the information transmission through experiments. Then it analyzes the transmission characteristics of Weibo information, the path characteristics of Weibo information communication network chart, and analyzes the factors influencing the formation of the transmission network map with the example of communication. According to the analysis of Weibo user's behavior characteristics, this paper describes the process of information dissemination on Weibo network, and designs an information dissemination model based on user behavior characteristics. According to the position and function of users in the process of information dissemination, this paper analyzes the influence of the behavior characteristics of sending users, reading users and forwarding users on the dissemination of information. Based on the data published and forwarded by users in history, the influence of the users, the reading habits of the users and the forwarding preferences of the users are calculated, and these features are taken as the parameters of the model. Based on the real data of Weibo of Sina, this paper simulates the process of information transmission by calling the model algorithm, and the simulation results show that the characteristics of information transmission are consistent with the real situation. The experiment takes the final range of information as the evaluation standard and forecasts the spread range by using Weibo sub-network data and on-line collection and analysis of user data respectively. Based on the historical behavior of users, this model accurately describes the process and influence range of information dissemination in Weibo, and provides a basis for the discovery and control of public opinion in the next step.
