基于SaaS理念的云计算平台网上财务记账系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:当前市场流行的会计记账软件,主要是以C/S架构设计并实现的,,少部分是以B/S架构设计实现的。与C/S架构相比,B/S架构具有易升级维护、易安装部署、较低维护成本的优点,但是对于中小企业而言,这些成本依然显得较大,所需技术依然显得复杂。 论文针对目前市面流行的财务记账软件所具有的上述问题,采用云架构,基于SaaS理念设计和实现了网上财务记账系统。将软件的安装、维护、升级等工作集中在云端;免去了企业用户的大量工作,使企业仅仅需要使用软件服务,无需其他工作,极大降低了企业的记账成本。 网上财务记账系统采用当下主流的J2EE平台,利用典型的SSH架构,基于SaaS理念设计,实现并部署在云计算平台中。系统的设计目标是搭建完整、易用的企业记账软件。 从用户角度来说,企业通过购买记账服务,即可随时在任意一台电脑上使用浏览器,开始日常记账工作。 从服务商角度来说,软件部署在云计算平台中,免去了繁复的机房维护、频繁的数据备份、高昂的前期投入;专心致力于提供优异的软件服务。 由于系统需要服务于众多独立企业用户,所以软件使用环境非常复杂。前端采用EXTJS富客户端技术,不仅使得浏览器之间兼容性得到了提高,也使用户体验得到了保证。 由于各个云计算平台提供商所实现的数据库,与传统数据库大多具有较大差异,系统需优化数据库层,适应云平台数据库,提高系统效能。 为应对庞大的访问量,项目将部署在云计算平台上使用弹性服务器集群;根据访问量多寡,自动配置相应服务器数量,节约成本的同时保证用户体验。
[Abstract]:The current market popular accounting software is mainly designed and implemented with C / S architecture, and a few parts are designed and implemented by B / S architecture. Compared with the C / S architecture, the B / S architecture has the advantages of easy to upgrade and maintain, easy to install and deploy, and low maintenance cost, but for small and medium-sized enterprises, these costs are still large and the required technology is still complex. Aiming at the above problems of the current popular financial accounting software in the market, this paper designs and implements the online financial accounting system based on the concept of SaaS. The installation, maintenance and upgrade of the software are concentrated in the cloud, which eliminates a large amount of work from the enterprise users and makes the enterprise only need to use software services without any other work, which greatly reduces the cost of accounting. The online financial accounting system adopts the current mainstream J2EE platform, uses the typical SSH architecture, and is designed based on the idea of SaaS to realize and deploy in the cloud computing platform. System design goal is to build a complete, easy to use business accounting software. From the user's point of view, the enterprise can use browser at any time on any computer by purchasing bookkeeping service. From the service provider's point of view, the software is deployed in the cloud computing platform, which avoids the complicated maintenance of computer room, frequent data backup, high early investment and dedicated to providing excellent software services. Because the system needs to serve many independent enterprise users, the software usage environment is very complex. The front end adopts EXTJS rich client technology, which not only improves the compatibility between browsers, but also guarantees the user experience. Because the database implemented by each cloud computing platform provider is quite different from the traditional database, the system needs to optimize the database layer, adapt to the cloud platform database, and improve the system efficiency. In order to cope with the huge traffic, the project will be deployed on cloud computing platform using flexible server cluster; according to the number of visits, automatically configure the corresponding number of servers, save cost and ensure the user experience.
