基于小世界回声状态网络的网络安全态势预测技术研究

【摘要】:网络安全是一种复杂的非线性系统,其网络安全态势值具有混沌特性,利用网络安全态势衡量网络安全的整体状态,能及时地把握网络抵制恶意攻击的能力并且提前预测网络安全态势的趋势,把网络管理人员从繁琐的海量恶意攻击数据中解脱出来,从而能全局地研究网络的安全性,也是研究网络安全态势预测的热点问题。 为了更加有效地预测网络安全态势,本文分析了多种网络安全态势预测方法和技术,在现有成熟理论的基础上提出了一种基于小世界回声状态网络的网络安全态势预测方法,利用过去和现在的网络安全态势历史数据,研究分析影响网络安全的各个因素,得到一系列基于时间序列的数据指标,建立基于预测的网络安全态势体系,经过对数据的训练和测试,预测未来时刻的网络安全态势值。经仿真实验验证,本文所提出的预测方法预测精度高,预测速度快,各项性能指标达到实验预期,有效地实现了对网络安全态势的预测功能,可以及时且准确地反映未来时刻网络的整体安全状况,对网络管理人员安全管理网络提供了现实指导意义。
[Abstract]:Network security is a kind of complex nonlinear system, its network security situation value has chaos characteristic, the whole state of network security is measured by network security situation. It can grasp the ability of resisting malicious attack in time and predict the trend of network security situation in advance, so that the network manager can be freed from the huge amount of malicious attack data, so that the security of the network can be studied globally. Also is the research network security situation forecast hot spot question. In order to predict the network security situation more effectively, this paper analyzes many kinds of network security situation prediction methods and technologies, and puts forward a network security situation prediction method based on the small world echo state network based on the existing mature theory. Based on the historical data of past and present network security situation, this paper studies and analyzes the factors that affect network security, obtains a series of data indexes based on time series, and establishes a network security situation system based on prediction. After training and testing the data, predict the network security situation value in the future. The simulation results show that the method proposed in this paper has the advantages of high prediction accuracy, fast prediction speed and various performance indexes, which can effectively predict the network security situation. It can reflect the overall security situation of the network in time and accurately, and provide practical guidance for network managers to manage the network security.
