【摘要】:摘要:随着面向服务体系结构(Service Oriented Architecture,SOA)被广泛应用到电子、金融等多个领域,Web服务在生活中扮演越来越重要的角色。怎样对网络上存在的海量Web服务的性能进行评估、为用户进行服务选择提供参考是当前学术研究的热点。目前研究人员尚未构建统一的服务质量评估体系,面向领域和面向语义的服务质量评估模型都存在一定的缺陷。且当前评估方法较多采用静态数据对Web服务QoS进行评估,较少考虑服务质量属性的动态变化及趋势的影响,对服务质量属性的权重赋值通常具有主观性,缺乏客观性与理论依据。 本文以此为出发点,在以下几个方面展开研究: (1)结合股票市场分析中的CYE和RSI指标原理,在服务质量评估体系中首次引入服务质量相对属性指标,建立了引入相对指标的Web服务QoS评估新体系。利用该相对指标,将被评估服务的历史表现与实时情况综合考虑,对实时数据进行预处理后参与服务质量评估,从而使得评估数据更加真实地反映服务的整体性能。 (2)对服务质量属性相对指标进行实时计算时,需要查询该服务相关的n条数据,n根据实际情况选定。本文采用数学归纳法与公式代换的手段,推导出历史记录查询化简公式,严谨精确地实现历史数据的查询化简。该查询化简公式极大地简化了查询量,提高了查询效率。 (3)受经济学投入产出效率评估模型启发,本文将DEA模型与Web服务质量评估方法相结合,建立了一种新的服务质量评估方法。由于不同用户对服务质量特定属性的重视程度不同,本文对DEA模型进一步完善,建立了带偏好的Web服务质量综合评价DEA模型。 实验结果证明引入服务质量相对指标体系的Web服务评估更加可信、全面、稳定。带偏好的Web服务质量综合评价DEA模型在不同用户偏好下具有很好的适用性。
[Abstract]:Abstract: as Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) is widely used in many fields such as electronics and finance, Web services are playing an increasingly important role in life. How to evaluate the performance of mass Web services on the network and provide reference for users to choose services is a current academic research At present, researchers have not yet built a unified quality of service evaluation system, and there are some defects in the domain oriented and semantic oriented quality evaluation models. And the current evaluation methods use static data to evaluate the Web service QoS, less consideration of the dynamic changes and trends of the quality of service, and the service of service. The weight assignment of quality attributes is usually subjective, lacking objectivity and theoretical basis.
Based on this point of view, the following studies are carried out:
(1) combining the CYE and RSI index principle of stock market analysis, the relative attribute index of service quality is introduced in the service quality evaluation system for the first time, and a new system of Web service QoS evaluation is set up with relative index. The relative index is used to consider the historical performance and real-time situation of the assessed service, and the real-time data is pretreated. Then participate in the service quality evaluation, thus making the evaluation data more truly reflect the overall performance of the service.
(2) when the relative index of the quality of service quality is calculated in real time, the N data related to the service should be querying, and N is selected according to the actual situation. In this paper, the formula of historical records query simplification is derived by means of mathematical induction and formula substitution, and the query reduction of the history data is strictly and accurately realized. The query simplification formula is greatly simplified. The query amount is changed, and the efficiency of the query is improved.
(3) inspired by the economic input-output efficiency evaluation model, this paper combines the DEA model with the Web quality evaluation method, and establishes a new method for evaluating the quality of service. Because different users pay different attention to the specific quality of service quality, this paper perfects the DEA model step by step and establishes the Web service quality synthesis with preference. Evaluate the DEA model.
The experimental results show that the Web service evaluation introduced into the QoS relative index system is more reliable, comprehensive and stable. The DEA model with preferred Web quality evaluation has good applicability under different user preferences.
