长春市涉外税务局纳税人辅导网站的设计与实现

【摘要】：随着科学技术的快速发展，网络技术逐渐成熟，各行各业的门户网站建设也越来越专业化当前，我国户网站的实用价值明显提高，而且，门户网站的数量也在快速增涨税收是国家财政收入的主要组成部分之一，在市场经济条件下，有效的贯彻执行税收政策有助于国家合理的配置各方面资源，有助于合理的调节社会主义国家经济结构和收入结构因此，建设方便，稳定，安全，适应广大纳税人需要的门户网站是税务部门网站建设的主要问题本文设计并实现了长春市涉外税务局纳税人辅导网站，该网站的实现以在J2EE为基础，以JSP主要实现技术，在此基础之上结合MVC设计模式，并采用WindowsServer2003，MySQL，Tomcat5.5与JDKl.5相关技术实现了该网站的各类业需求通过分析长春市涉外税务局的实际情况，通过分析该门户网站各项需求的实际意义，通过分析技术可行性和经济可行性具体情况，进而确定该网站的总体结构主要分为如下五部分：网站信息维护功能，用户管理功能，用户组管理功能，个人信息管理功能和用户管理功能，此外，为了更好的增加纳税人与管理人员的交流方式，本文还实现了如下六种功能：文章管理，用户管理，用户组管理，游客留言，网站导航和文章检索等功能通过对系统主页的中英文版本显示情况，，主要内容页面显示情况，内容搜索页面显示情况，详细内容页面显示情况以及系统综合服务质量进行测试，结果表明：该网站的各功能模块功能均已实现且运行稳定，该系统能够很好的保证为广大用户提供即时的查询服务
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology, the network technology gradually matures, and the construction of portal websites in various industries is becoming more and more specialized. At present, the practical value of our country's household websites is obviously improved, and, The number of portal websites is also increasing rapidly. Tax revenue is one of the main components of the national financial revenue. Under the condition of market economy, the effective implementation of tax policies will help the country to allocate resources in all fields reasonably. It is helpful to adjust the economic structure and income structure of socialist countries reasonably. Therefore, the construction of convenient, stable, safe portal to meet the needs of the taxpayers is the main problem of the tax department website construction. This paper designs and implements the Changchun Taxation tax Bureau taxpayer guidance website, which is based on J2EE, based on JSP technology, and based on MVC design pattern. This paper uses Windows Server 2003 MySQL Tomcat 5.5 and JDKl.5 related technology to realize all kinds of industry demand of this website. By analyzing the actual situation of Changchun foreign tax bureau, and analyzing the practical significance of each demand of this portal, By analyzing the technical feasibility and economic feasibility, the overall structure of the website is divided into the following five parts: website information maintenance function, user management function, user group management function, Personal information management function and user management function, in addition, in order to better increase the communication between taxpayers and managers, this paper also implemented the following six functions: article management, user group management, tourist messages, The functions of website navigation and article retrieval are tested by displaying the Chinese and English versions of the system home page, displaying the main content pages, displaying the content search pages, displaying the detailed content pages, and the comprehensive quality of service of the system. The results show that the functions of each functional module of the website have been realized and run stably, and the system can provide real-time query service for the majority of users.
