SaaS平台下融合规则引擎的工作流服务的设计与实现

【摘要】:日益激烈的市场化竞争带来了人力资源成本的增加,也使企业提升内部管理经营效率的需求有了巨大增长,随着“互联网+”概念的提出和云计算技术的发展,以SaaS云为代表的企业办公产品成为当前国内外普及传统行业信息化改造的主力,工作流作为企业流程办公的核心和基础,广泛应用于内部经营生产中,传统的工作流技术将流程和业务逻辑写入代码中,难以满足企业办公市场中日益多样化和复杂化的流程需求。为了提升工作流应用对多行业业务的适用性和对流程规则变化的支持能力,本文提出一种可行的解决方案——融合规则引擎的工作流。通过对工作流建模方法和规则引擎原理进行研究,以将业务规则与流程流转相分离并实现互相驱动为目的,提出基于对象规则的工作流模型,结合SaaS理念分析用户需求和使用场景,在现有SaaS平台中集成了规则引擎,并从数据层、接口层到应用层设计和实现了融合规则引擎的工作流管理系统,实现Web图形化工作流设计器,使用户在便捷自主地新建和编辑工作流的同时实现流程和规则的定义与更新。最后选取在验证本课题中具典型意义的业务流程对此解决方案的可行性和通用性分别进行了分析验证。
[Abstract]:The increasingly fierce market competition has brought about the increase of human resource cost and the demand of enterprises to improve the efficiency of internal management. With the introduction of the concept of "Internet" and the development of cloud computing technology, The enterprise office products represented by the SaaS cloud have become the main force of popularizing the information transformation of traditional industries at home and abroad. As the core and foundation of business process office, workflow is widely used in internal management and production. The traditional workflow technology writes the process and business logic into the code, which is difficult to meet the increasingly diverse and complex process requirements in the enterprise office market. In order to improve the applicability of workflow application to multi-industry business and its ability to support the change of process rules, this paper proposes a feasible solution, that is, integrating rule engine workflow. Based on the research of workflow modeling method and rule engine principle, a workflow model based on object rules is proposed in order to separate business rules from process flow and drive each other. Based on the analysis of user requirements and usage scenarios based on SaaS concept, the rule engine is integrated into the existing SaaS platform, and a workflow management system integrating rule engine is designed and implemented from data layer, interface layer to application layer. The implementation of Web graphical workflow designer enables users to create and edit workflow conveniently and independently, and to define and update the flow and rules at the same time. Finally, the feasibility and generality of the solution are analyzed and verified by the typical business process in this paper.
