基于WEB的在线培训系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:现代科技飞速向前发展,计算机技术和网络技术的发展成为信息传播最为广泛和快捷的途径,将网络技术应用于培训和教学已成为当前的一个研究热点。目前,各高校已广泛使用多媒体和网络教学手段。但是,在大多数企业单位中还没有被广泛使用,在线培训系统的运用还比较少。在线培训系统作为检查企业员工的学习效果和企业讲师的培训成果的工具,可以发挥巨大的作用。企业为了提高培训质量,增强员工素质,在企业培训过程中一直停留在企业讲师开班授课、各自出题、考核的水平上。很难总体估计企业讲师的培训水平和企业员工的学习质量,不利于培训质量的提高。在线培训系统可以将传统培训过程中的企业讲师出卷、监考、收卷、阅卷和试卷分析等诸多环节利用计算机培训系统来实现。试卷的随机组成保证了培训的公平性,提高了工作效率并优化了培训管理。基于Web技术的在线培训系统借助Internet,能够使培训不受时间和空间的限制,并能高速准确地反馈培训信息,减少企事业单位在培训过程中的巨大财政支出,为整个培训活动服务。计算机技术和网络技术在各行各业应用广泛,在企事业单位培训活动中的运用,带来了巨大的收益和成效,提高了企事业单位的信息化水平,更为企业员工提供了方便快捷的操作和服务。此次的毕业设计得出,在线考试系统实施运用于企事业单位培训,依靠先进的计算机技术手段提高企业培训管理的水平,提供方便、快捷、更加人性化的培训服务。社会的各大企事业单位可以结合各自的规模、基础设施和自身企业特点,建设部署在线培训系统,借助在线培训系统,合理地配置资源,提升企业培训管理的效率,减少企业培训的成本支出。同时,通过建设功能强大、完善、实用的在线培训系统,提企业的管理水平,增加企业的经济效益,简化企业培训的管理、运作环节,节约企业的在员工培训过程中的成本支出,提升员工的整体素质,提升企业竞争力。 本系统是基于B/S结构的,用户可以通过浏览器进行相关操作,方便快捷。根本不同人员的权限不同分别设置了三个登录界面,用户可以操作自己相关的操作,使得系统的结构清晰、管理简单。本系统适用于各中小型企业进行员工阶段性考核、员工培训等,只要更改培训科目即可简单方便的实现多功能使用,实用性很强。程序设计完毕后经过了分段测试和整体测试,各个模块都会给出相应的删除成功、更新成功等提示,比较人性化。无纸化培训已经成为我们工作中的一部分,它为我们带来了方便和快捷,为我们节省了很多人力、物力,使企业迅速发展。论文在开始部分对本次系统开发进行了全面的分析,,从经济方面、技术方面和可操作性方面进行了详细的论述,得出系统开发是具有相当大的意义的。论文在第二章对在线考试系统的功能需求、系统流程进行了详细的分析和论述,并且在系统的可行性方面进行了理论分析,得出开发在线培训系统的必要性。对开发本系统的所需相关技术进行了简单论述,包括:ASP.NET技术、CSS技术、JavaScript技术、ADO.NET技术和HTML技术。论文的第三、四章对在线培训系统的功能模块进行了划分,并且详细分析了每个功能模块的具体功能。根据功能模块的分析,进行了数据库建模和数据库表设计,从总体上对系统进行了分析和设计,并且把数据库相关的核心代码进行了具体的说明。论文的第五章对在线培训系统进行了具体的实现,分别实现了管理员相关功能模块、企业讲师相关功能模块和企业员工相关功能模块的所有在系统总体设计中所设计的所有功能,对界面进行了美工设计,并将功能实现的部分核心代码进行了相关的说明。在系统开发完成以后,对系统的功能进行了全面的测试,通过系统功能的测试真正验证了在系统分析过程中所做的功能需求分析是符合实际的情况。 整篇论文对在线培训系统进行了详细的论述,通过分析当前网络培训发展现状与趋势,对比已有的在线培训系统和应用的技术,探究如何改善培训水平,提高企业讲师的工作效率,探究如何节省企业在员工培训工作中节省开支,改变传统的培训模式,打造一款实用、高效、功能完善的通用培训系统。在本次系统开发过程中,将ASP和三层框架结构进行了深层次的运用,并且全面的运用了计算机的相关技术,将计算机技术真正的与实际的项目结合起来,真正的实现了理论联系实际。在系统开发设计的过程中,出现过不同的问题,开始的时候解决起来有一些困难,经过一段时间的不断学习和实践,基本上解决了很多技术上的相关难点。通过解决问题的经历,总结出一些系统开发注意事项:设计数据库前一定要多加考虑,减少数据的容余,保证数据的完整。系统的设计最好采用模块化,采用软件工程提倡的高内聚,低耦合。在未来的社会发展中,在企业培训的领域里,在线培训系统必将会大放异彩,逐渐代替传统的培训模式,带来巨大的收益。在线培训系统会大范围在企事业单位中部署运营,给企业带来巨大的经济效益,给员工带来丰富的便捷服务。本系统的设计,功能还不算强大,我想在通过人们不断地开发和扩展新功能之后,在线培训系统会更加完美。接下来文章的后续部分将对系统的设计进行全方面的论述。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modern science and technology, the development of computer technology and network technology has become the most widely and fast way of information dissemination. The application of network technology to training and teaching has become a hot spot of research. At present, various colleges and universities have widely used multimedia and network teaching methods. However, it has not yet been found in most enterprise units. The online training system, as a tool for checking the effectiveness of the employees and the results of the training of the enterprise lecturers, can play a great role. In order to improve the quality of training and improve the quality of the staff, the online training system has been staying at the business lecturer in the process of training. It is difficult to estimate the training level of the enterprise lecturer and the quality of the employees, and it is not conducive to the improvement of the quality of the training. This system is based on the B/S structure. The user can carry out the related operation through the browser, which is convenient and quick. In this paper, the online training system is discussed in detail. Through the experience of solving the problems, some points for attention of the system development are summed up.
