基于互联网的开放式创新参与者及其激励策略研究

【摘要】:在市场竞争激烈、资源瓶颈凸显、创新需求加大、创新环境复杂的情况下,开放式创新取代封闭式创新成为未来创新发展的趋势。网络经济时代,互联网嵌入到开放式创新的各个环节,借助互联网的开放式创新实现创新范式的转型与延伸,表现出巨大的影响力。然而,开放式创新参与者是基于互联网的开放式创新生态系统正常运行和高效衔接的关键,能否吸纳并引导高质量的创新参与者的参与和创新,既影响到创新成果的质量与效率,更决定了基于互联网的开放式创新能否发挥其创新作用。 有鉴于此,本文首先采用文献梳理的方法对开放式创新的研究现状进行阐述,,并对相关概念进行界定;其次,通过比较分析和规范分析概括借助网络进行开放式创新活动的网络群体的特征,明确基于互联网的开放式创新与以Henry为代表的开放式创新的关系、开放式创新参与者与传统创新人员的差异;再次,在借鉴前人文献的基础上,结合自身分析与梳理,得出开放式创新参与者在自我提升、自我实现等方面的需要高于对其他方面的需要,深挖开放式创新参与者的需要、动机对行为的驱动作用,构建创新参与者的创新行为模型。最后,在明确各方关系后,制定出符合创新参与者的具有针对性的动态激励策略,以期实现高效激励。
[Abstract]:When the market competition is fierce, the bottleneck of resources is prominent, the demand for innovation is increasing, and the innovation environment is complex, open innovation instead of closed innovation becomes the trend of innovation development in the future. In the era of network economy, the Internet is embedded into every link of open innovation, and with the help of the open innovation of the Internet, the transformation and extension of innovation paradigm is realized, showing great influence. However, open innovation participants are the key to the normal operation and efficient connection of the open innovation ecosystem based on the Internet, and can absorb and guide the participation and innovation of high quality innovation participants. It not only affects the quality and efficiency of the innovation results, but also determines whether the open innovation based on the Internet can play its innovative role. In view of this, this paper firstly uses the method of literature combing to explain the current research situation of open innovation, and defines the related concepts; secondly, By means of comparative analysis and normative analysis, this paper summarizes the characteristics of network groups engaged in open innovation activities with the help of the network, and clarifies the relationship between open innovation based on the Internet and open innovation represented by Henry. The differences between the participants of open innovation and traditional innovators; thirdly, on the basis of reference of previous literature, combined with their own analysis and combing, the participants in open innovation in self-promotion, The need of self-actualization is higher than that of other aspects, the need of open innovation participant is deeply explored, the motivation drives the behavior, and the innovation behavior model of innovation participant is constructed. Finally, after clarifying the relationship between the parties, a dynamic incentive strategy which is in line with the innovation participants is formulated in order to achieve efficient incentives.
