基于SOA架构的西安120急救调度系统设计

【摘要】:随着经济建设高速发展、城市规模不断扩大、人口日趋增加,公众对医疗急救需要日益增加,社会对各类突发性事件的医疗救援保障工作也提出了新的要求。政府及其应急救援管理部门在应对重大突发公共事件紧急医疗救援时,要作到及时、准确地掌握足够充分的有效信息,科学、迅速决策和指挥,就需要建立一个快速、准确、实用、可靠的应急医疗急救调度平台。 在本论文中,首先分析了国内、国外医疗救援系统、西安市120急救调度系统的现状,在研究了SOA架构与相关特性的基础上,探索结合SOA架构实现西安市120急救调度系统与其他相关医疗系统数据的共享;在第二部分,重点介绍了SOA的定义与特性;在第三部分,进行了新设计的120急救调度系统的需求分析;在第四部分,进行新平台的概要设计;最后,对已完成的工作进行总结,期望新系统的应用会使人们从中受益。 调度系统很好的将西安市院前急救体系和本地医院的医疗信息连接起来,在新平台上,,我们不仅可以进行高效的通讯和在不同医疗单位平台之间进行信息共享,而且为以后的县级120医疗急救站互联预留接口,新的架构使西安市120急救调度系统与三级120急救调度系统实现信息共享成为可能。随着新系统的投入使用,它将有可能成为急救系统的样板点,它很好的将医疗急救与医院信息结合在一起,成千上万的患者将会从中受益,因为信息的高效共享为患者抢救赢得了时间,最终将挽救更多的生命!
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economic construction, the scale of the city is expanding, the population is increasing day by day, the need for medical emergency is increasing day by day, and the society has put forward new requirements for the medical rescue and rescue work of all kinds of unexpected events. When the government and its emergency relief management departments respond to major public emergencies and emergency medical rescue, it is necessary to establish a rapid and accurate system to grasp sufficient and effective information in a timely and accurate manner, to make scientific and rapid decisions and command. In this paper, first of all, the current situation of domestic and foreign medical rescue systems and Xi'an 120 emergency dispatch system is analyzed. In the third part, The requirement analysis of the newly designed 120 first aid dispatching system is carried out; in the fourth part, the outline design of the new platform is carried out; finally, the completed work is summarized, and the application of the new system is expected to benefit people. The dispatch system connects the pre-hospital emergency system of Xi'an City with the medical information of local hospitals. On the new platform, we can not only communicate efficiently and share information among different medical units' platforms. The new architecture makes it possible for Xi'an 120 emergency dispatch system to share information with the third level 120 first aid dispatching system. As the new system comes into use, it will likely become a model point for the first aid system, and it will be a good combination of medical first aid and hospital information, and thousands of patients will benefit from it. Because the efficient sharing of information for patients to save the time, will eventually save more lives!
