武警xx总队网络安全监控系统的研究与实现

【摘要】：随着科技的不断发展和进步，信息化建设已经逐渐成为重要的战略资源，建设现代化武警部队是国防和军队建设的目标任务。武警部队担任国家重要的警卫、守卫、看押、看守等重大目标执勤任务，是保护国家安全、维护社会稳定的重要武装力量。武警信息网覆盖武警部队所属单位，，是一个集成多种应用为一体的自动化办公网络。武警部队信息网紧密围绕部队执勤、处突、反恐等中心任务，以综合多能、资源共享、安全保密等为特色，为武警部队提供了一个集语音、图像、数据和多媒体等业务为一体的综合网络平台，为推动武警部队信息化建设奠定了基础。但随着网络技术的不断发展，安全形式日益严峻，信息安全逐渐成为制约武警部队信息化发展的重要瓶颈之一。加强武警部队信息网络安全建设是实现武警部队安全稳定的保证，也是部队安全管理的重大课题。本文以武警XX总队信息网的安全建设为背景，详细介绍了防火墙、虚拟专用网（VPN）、入侵检测等网络安全技术。在对计算机网络发生的安全事件加以分析的基础上，根据工作实践总结出武警XX总队信息网所面临的安全威胁，并同传统的网络安全技术进行比较，引出了开发网络安全监控系统的必要性。在全面分析当前所面临安全威胁的基础上，对武警XX总队信息网安全需求进行分析，提出了武警XX总队信息网安全的解决方案，设计了一个针对武警XX总队信息网现实状况的安全监控系统。最后介绍了设计原理和实现过程，对于实现的重要环节进行了阐述，讨论了几个关键技术在系统中的运用情况。该系统通过对网络及设备不间断的监控，能够及时发现交换机、路由器、服务器等硬件设备的使用情况，为网络管理员及时发现设备性能运行低下、发现故障节省了时间，提高了效率。对于出现的安全事件也能通过告警等及时通报给管理者，具有较强的实用性。本文的研究紧密结合了武警XX总队信息网建设实际，研究成果可为武警信息网建设提供一定的技术参考。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development and progress of science and technology, information construction has gradually become an important strategic resource. Building modern armed police force is the target task of national defense and army construction. The Armed Police Force is an important armed force to protect national security and maintain social stability. The Armed Police Information Network covers the units belonging to the Armed Police Force and is an automated office network integrated with various applications. The Armed Police Force Information Network closely revolves around the central tasks of the armed forces, such as operating on duty, outburst, anti-terrorism, and so on. It is characterized by comprehensive versatility, resource sharing, security and secrecy. It provides the armed police force with a collection of voice and images. The integrated network platform, such as data and multimedia, has laid the foundation for promoting the information construction of the Armed Police Force. However, with the continuous development of network technology, the security form is becoming increasingly severe, and information security has gradually become one of the important bottlenecks restricting the development of armed police force informatization. Strengthening the construction of the information network security of the Armed Police Force is the guarantee to realize the security and stability of the Armed Police Force, and it is also an important subject for the security management of the Armed Police Force. Based on the security construction of the information network of the XX Armed Police Force, this paper introduces in detail the network security technologies such as firewall, virtual private network (VPN), intrusion detection and so on. Based on the analysis of the security incidents in the computer network, the paper summarizes the security threats faced by the information network of the XX Armed Police Force and compares them with the traditional network security technology. The necessity of developing network security monitoring system is introduced. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the current security threats, this paper analyzes the security requirements of the XX Armed Police Force Information Network, and puts forward a solution to the security of the XX Armed Police Force Information Network. This paper designs a security monitoring system for the information network of XX Armed Police Force. Finally, the design principle and implementation process are introduced, the important links of the implementation are expounded, and the application of several key technologies in the system is discussed. Through the continuous monitoring of the network and equipment, the system can timely discover the use of switch, router, server and other hardware devices, which can save time for network administrators to find out the low performance of the equipment and find fault in time. Improved efficiency. For the occurrence of security incidents can also be notified to managers by warning and other timely, has a strong practicability. The research in this paper is closely combined with the practice of the construction of the information network of the XX Armed Police Force, and the research results can provide a certain technical reference for the construction of the information network of the Armed Police Force.
