协同设计中任务规划与可拓知识推送方法的研究

【摘要】:基于Web的产品协同设计是在分布式网络环境下,实现设计资源共享的现代设计方法。通过建立协同设计系统,将分布于不同地域的设计人员以及相关设计知识有效的整合到一起,大幅度提高产品设计效率,缩短产品设计周期,帮助企业提高竞争力,赢得市场。本文针对产品设计,研究了协同设计任务的规划过程,针对设计知识表达及推送方面存在的不足,将可拓理论应用到知识表示及知识推送中,并在协同设计系统中得到了较好的应用。首先,本文从网络协同设计系统的体系结构入手,通过分析当今主流系统设计结构的优缺点,确定了协同设计系统的设计结构,根据基于Web的协同设计工作方式,构建了产品协同设计体系架构,并结合协同设计特点,设计了协同设计系统的网络拓扑结构。其次,分析了产品设计任务的类型,提出任务分解的基本原则以及任务分解的过程,用设计结构矩阵表征各设计任务之间的关系,针对耦合任务集,采用基于割裂算法的解耦方法对设计任务进行解耦,并建立了任务分配模型,将任务分配到最合适的设计人员。然后,再针对协同设计中分布于不同地域的设计知识,用形式化的可拓基元进行基元建模,构建基元可拓集,并建立基元知识库,根据决策模糊物元模型,构建可拓关联函数,并根据计知识推送的可拓模型,将产品协同设计知识推送给相关设计人员。最后,规划了协同设计系统的主要功能模块,并利用SSH、JSP、SQL Server、Tomcat技术开发了基于Web的产品协同设计系统。
[Abstract]:Product collaborative design based on Web is a modern design method to share design resources in distributed network environment. Through the establishment of collaborative design system, the designers distributed in different regions and related design knowledge are effectively integrated together, which greatly improves the efficiency of product design, shortens the product design cycle, helps enterprises to improve their competitiveness and win the market. In this paper, the planning process of collaborative design task is studied for product design. Aiming at the shortcomings of knowledge representation and push in design, extension theory is applied to knowledge representation and knowledge push. And in the collaborative design system has been a good application. First of all, this paper starts with the architecture of the network collaborative design system, through analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the mainstream system design structure, determines the design structure of the collaborative design system, according to the collaborative design mode based on Web, The system architecture of product collaborative design is constructed, and the network topology of collaborative design system is designed according to the characteristics of collaborative design. Secondly, the types of product design tasks are analyzed, the basic principles of task decomposition and the process of task decomposition are put forward, and the relationship between design tasks is represented by design structure matrix. The decoupling method based on split algorithm is used to decouple the design task, and a task assignment model is established to assign the task to the most suitable designer. Then, aiming at the design knowledge distributed in different regions in collaborative design, we use formal extension primitives to model primitives, construct the extension set of primitives, and establish the knowledge base of primitives, and construct extension correlation function according to the fuzzy matter-element model of decision making. According to the extension model of planning knowledge push, the product collaborative design knowledge is pushed to relevant designers. Finally, the main function modules of the collaborative design system are planned, and the product collaborative design system based on Web is developed by using the Web JSP SQL Server Tomcat technology.
