OpenFlow网络中QoS管理系统的研究与实现

【摘要】:近年来,随着网络技术的快速发展,网络业务种类日益多元化,网络带宽容量需求日益扩大。新型网络业务的广泛应用,包括视频通话、电话会议、VOIP等,使得人们对服务质量(Quality of Service,QoS)要求越来越高。网络如何有效保障业务的服务质量受到越来越多人的关注。随着新型业务的多元化,传统网络体系架构暴露出了越来越多的弊病,例如网络结构复杂化和网络设备性能的饱和,对网络新业务的推广提出了严峻的考验,已经不能满足各种新型业务对服务质量的需求。因此,一场新型网络体系架构的革命蓄势待发,软件自定义网络——一种可编程网络体系架构应运而生。SDN网络符合当今网络发展需求,能够从根本上解决上述问题。 OpenFlow是SDN的产物,是一种新型网络交换模型,该模型利用开放流表(FlowTable)实现用户对网络数据处理的可编程控制。论文针对当前OpenFlow网络对QoS管理的需求,结合对传统IP网络区分服务模型(DiffServ)QoS技术的研究,设计并实现了一套基于DiffServ模型和OpenFlow网络架构的QoS管理系统。 论文首先对目前OpenFlow网络技术的发展现状及面临的新需求进行了探讨,并对相关的技术进行简要介绍。针对OpenFlow网络体系架构的特点,结合传统网络QoS管理系统的模型,,提出并设计一种全新的OpenFlow QoS管理系统体系架构模型,并对管理系统的架构和功能的实现进行了详细阐述。然后,按照预定的设计方案对管理系统进行实现,通过搭建小型网络拓扑对其进行验证,并对实验结果进行分析,验证论文设计的QOS管理系统显著的提高了对网络QoS性能的全局掌控,降低了底层交换设备的工作负载。最后,进行了总结,并提出论文研究下一步研究方向。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of network technology, the variety of network services is becoming more and more diverse, and the demand for network bandwidth capacity is increasing. With the wide application of new network services, such as video calling, teleconferencing and so on, the quality of service (QoS) is becoming more and more important. More and more people pay attention to how to ensure the service quality of network effectively. With the diversification of new services, the traditional network architecture has exposed more and more disadvantages, such as the complexity of network structure and the saturation of network equipment performance, which has put forward a severe test to the promotion of new network services. It has not been able to meet the needs of various new services for quality of service. Therefore, a revolution in a new network architecture is on the way, and the software custom network, a programmable network architecture, emerges as the times require. The SDN network meets the needs of today's network development. OpenFlow is the product of SDN and a new network exchange model. The model uses open stream table (FlowTable) to realize the programmable control of network data processing. According to the demand of OpenFlow network for QoS management and the research on (DiffServ) QoS technology of traditional IP network differentiated service model, a QoS management system based on DiffServ model and OpenFlow network architecture is designed and implemented in this paper. Firstly, the paper discusses the development of OpenFlow network technology and the new demand, and briefly introduces the related technologies. According to the characteristics of OpenFlow network architecture and combined with the traditional network QoS management system model, a new OpenFlow QoS management system architecture model is proposed and designed, and the implementation of the architecture and function of the management system is described in detail. Then, the management system is implemented according to the predetermined design scheme, and verified by building a small network topology, and the experimental results are analyzed. It is verified that the QOS management system designed in this paper can significantly improve the global control of the network QoS performance and reduce the workload of the underlying switching devices. Finally, a summary is made and the next research direction of the thesis is put forward.
