政务公开网站设计与实现

【摘要】：政务公开网站是政府部门的政务信息对外公开发布的重要平台，是政府各部门履行部门职责，向社会提供公共服务，接受社会监督的重要窗口。我单位根据上级部门的要求需要建设政务公开网站，并且通过对该网站的建设，向社会发布准确及具有时效性的信息等。政务公开网站已经被广泛认为是改进政府沟通平台的重要方式。推动网上政务公开平台的建设，已经被政府认为是现在最重要的工作之一，，是政府达到政府工作信息面向社会公布的一个重要的途径。政务公开网站因为网站使用部门多，需求获取比较难。本网站的需求获取途径由以下几个方面：（1）通过政府部门各处室网站管理人员处得到需要上传信息的类别、内容，了解管理人员平时工作方法。（2）借鉴其它各省政府部门政务公开网站相关内容，制定出符合政府要求的网站结构。（3）通过公众对政务公开网站的要求，制定相关栏目。通过需求分析政务公开网站要达到以下标准：（1）政务信息通过网站向公众发布信息，及时、准确。（2）政务公开网站通过网上互动栏目，将公众对政府的意见及时反应到政府部门。（3）政务公开网站达到维护简单方便。（4）政务公开网站达到安全性强。（5）政务公开网站达到部分栏目针对会员浏览。（6）政务公开网站页面修改简单，不具备网页制作的管理人员可操作。根据以上内容，我们以数据库、WEB技术为基础，建立数据量大、安全、方便的管理信息系统。满足政务公开网站以发布政务信息发布为主，重点发布政府工作动态信息、省发改委职能范围内的经济建设、社会发展和体制改革信息、政策法规信息、政务公开信息、便民服务信息以及其他与政府工作相关的信息的要求。

In accordance with the requirements of the higher authorities, our unit builds a public government website, and through the construction of the website, we can release accurate and timely information to the society. (3) through the requirements of the public to open the website, Develop related columns. Through demand analysis, the open government website should meet the following standards: (1) the government information is released to the public through the website, timely and accurate. (2) the open government affairs website through the online interactive column, The public opinion on the government should be reflected to the government department in time. (3) the open government website can be maintained simply and conveniently. (4) the open government affairs website has strong security. (5) the open government affairs website achieves Part of the columns for members to browse. (6) the government open website page modification is simple, No web-making manager is available. According to the above contents, we build a large, safe and convenient management information system based on database and Web technology.
