【摘要】:正在大规模地实施变革性应用(包括数字货币)之前,需要对网络安全问题投入全新的研究,以制定出与之相适应的解决方案环球银行金融电信协会(SWIFT)是国际银行同业间的合作组织,成立40多年以来,其利用全球计算机通信网络系统的支撑,为200多个国家和地区超过8000家金融机构提供国际贸易金融结算等服务,并以安全、可靠、高效为主要特点。然而,近一年来,针对SWIFT系统发生的一系列网络安全问题
[Abstract]:Before transformational applications, including digital money, are being implemented on a large scale, new research is needed on the issue of network security. In order to work out a solution to this problem, the Global Bank Financial Telecommunication Association (SWIFT) is a cooperative organization among international banks that has been using global computer communications network systems for more than 40 years. It provides international trade and financial settlement services to more than 8000 financial institutions in more than 200 countries and regions, and is characterized by safety, reliability and efficiency. However, in the past year, a series of network security problems have occurred in the SWIFT system.
