吉林省交通运输行业业务骨干网络互联建设的初步研究

【摘要】:近年来,吉林省交通运输行业信息化工作取得了巨大的成绩,信息化技术的应用基本覆盖了交通建设、生产、管理以及服务的各个领域,一批标准规范、技术先进、实用的信息系统正在各类各级业务部门全面推广应用。但是,吉林省交通运输行业业务网络发展水平严重制约信息化的发展。我省目前正处于行业业务骨干网络建设的前期准备阶段,网络仅联接到省厅办公楼内部的省运输管理局和省公路管理局,以及通过租用专线的方式联接到省高速公路管理局共计三家厅直属单位。与省地方海事局、省公路路政管理局等绝大部分厅直属单位和市(州)、县(市、区)两级交通运输局都没有实现互联互通,网络覆盖率和带宽均无法满足行业信息化管理要求。所以,开展吉林省交通运输行业业务骨干网络建设研究是非常关键和必要的。本文通过对省厅信息中心和厅直属各单位的整体、业务和通信网络现状调查分析,通过对实际情况的梳理确定了论文的研究的方向和内容,对骨干网联接、架构和设计等方面进行了研究。通过对国内交通运输行业主流传输技术进行了详细了解,形成了交通通信信息骨干网络建设的整体思路,提出了新建OTN组网结合租用专线和现有干线SDH扩容结合租用专线两种组网方案,通过对两种组网方案的详细比研究,综合论证了两种组网方案的可行性。通过相关内容的研究,我们将更有效的加强和规范吉林省交通信息骨干网络的统一建设、管理,为吉林省交通运输行业业务骨干网络建设提供科学的依据、避免重复建设。吉林省交通运输行业业务骨干网络建设完成后,将具备基本覆盖全省各级交通运输行政管理部门、大带宽、高速率,易于统一监控、管理与维护、具备高扩展性的通信传输平台,用于支撑全省交通运输行业各类语音、视频、数据的实时传输和共享交换。
[Abstract]:In recent years, Jilin Province traffic and transportation industry information work has made great achievements, the application of information technology basically covers all fields of traffic construction, production, management and service, a number of standards and norms, advanced technology, Practical information system is all kinds of business departments at all levels of comprehensive promotion and application. However, Jilin Province transportation industry business network development level seriously restricted the development of information technology. At present, our province is in the early stage of preparing for the construction of the backbone network of the industry. The network is only connected to the Provincial Transportation Administration Bureau and the Provincial Highway Administration Bureau inside the provincial office building. As well as through the way of leased-line connection to the provincial highway administration a total of three departments directly under the unit. With the provincial local maritime bureau, provincial highway administration bureau and so on most departments directly under the unit and the city (state), the county (city, the district) two level transportation bureau has not realized the interconnection, the network coverage rate and the bandwidth can not satisfy the profession information management request. Therefore, it is very important and necessary to carry out research on backbone network construction of transportation industry in Jilin Province. Through the investigation and analysis of the whole, business and communication network of the information center of the province and the department directly under the department, the paper determines the research direction and content of the paper by combing the actual situation, and links the backbone network. The structure and design are studied. Through a detailed understanding of the mainstream transport technology in the domestic transportation industry, the overall train of thought for the construction of the backbone network of traffic and communication information has been formed. This paper puts forward two kinds of networking schemes: new OTN network combined with leased special line and existing trunk line SDH expansion combined with leased special line. The feasibility of the two networking schemes is proved synthetically by comparing the two schemes in detail. Through the research of related contents, we will strengthen and standardize the unified construction and management of Jilin Province traffic information backbone network more effectively, provide scientific basis for the construction of Jilin Province transportation industry service backbone network, avoid repeated construction. After the completion of the construction of the backbone network for the transportation industry in Jilin Province, it will have the basic coverage of all levels of traffic and transportation administrative departments throughout the province, with large bandwidth, high speed, easy unified monitoring, management and maintenance. The communication platform with high expandability is used to support all kinds of voice, video and data transmission and share exchange in the transportation industry of the whole province.
