基于语义的服务关系挖掘

【摘要】:随着互联网上Web服务大量涌现,在语义层面上挖掘并分析Internet上Web服务间竞争或者协作关系将是构建新的、基于相关关系的服务管理、服务发现及服务组合算法的基础。 在利用本体扩展服务语义的基础上,本文基于语义匹配挖掘Web服务间的关联关系。首先仔细研究了本体中的语义关系,并根据服务文件的结构特性,自底向上地详细定义了参数级、集合级、操作级语义关系。其次,提出了服务关系挖掘的算法及其实现,具体包括:参数关系挖掘、抽象服务生成与合并、抽象服务关系挖掘、具体服务关系验证。最终得到一个由抽象服务层和具体服务层构成的依赖于本体库的语义Web服务网络,,其中具体服务按照功能语义映射到抽象服务。再次,本文提出了关系挖掘在Services Network平台的调度机制及实现方式。最后,利用从互联网上抓取的10000+个真实的Web服务对服务关系挖掘算法进行验证。 综上所述,本文利用本体对Web服务标注的结果,依据服务操作的功能语义即输入、输出参数的集合语义挖掘服务关系,最终构建能够为自动化的服务发现和服务组合提供极大便利的服务关系网络。
[Abstract]:With the emergence of Web services on the Internet, mining and analyzing the competition or collaboration among Web services on Internet at semantic level will be the basis of constructing new service management, service discovery and service composition algorithms based on correlation relationship. On the basis of extending service semantics by ontology, this paper exploits the association relationship between Web services based on semantic matching. Firstly, the semantic relation in ontology is studied carefully, and the parameter level, set level and operation level semantic relation are defined from bottom up according to the structure characteristic of service file. Secondly, the algorithm and its implementation of service relation mining are proposed, including: parameter relation mining, abstract service relation mining and concrete service relationship verification. Finally, a semantic Web service network based on ontology library is obtained, which is composed of abstract service layer and concrete service layer, in which specific services are mapped to abstract services according to functional semantics. Thirdly, this paper proposes the scheduling mechanism and implementation of relational mining on Services Network platform. Finally, 10000 real Web services captured from the Internet are used to verify the algorithm of service relationship mining. To sum up, this paper uses ontology to annotate Web services, mining service relationships according to the functional semantics of service operations, namely, the set semantics of input and output parameters. Finally, a service relationship network can be constructed which can provide great convenience for automated service discovery and service composition.
