耦合网络环境下在线网络信息传播机制研究

【摘要】:随着互联网的发展和移动终端的普及,以及不同类型社交网络的蓬勃发展,网民频繁的穿梭来回于不同的网络层之间,作为信息传播的载体,网民的行为导致信息跨网络传播。因此,包含多个基础网络层,且网络层节点之间相互连接的耦合网络系统更能反映现实网络环境。在耦合网络环境中研究信息传播的规律并为监管者提出有效管理措施具有重要的现实意义和理论意义。本文以经典的SIR传染病模型为基础,研究耦合网络环境下信息传播的特点,以及耦合网络结构中节点即网民用户的行为特征,将耦合网络影响的作用力抽象为两类新的传播节点加入传染病模型中,建立新的SI~3R信息传播模型。针对模型建立的微分方程进行系统动力学分析。运用MATLAB软件对系统进行数值仿真,其结果验证了理论分析的正确性,同时发现稳定状态下,新类型节点的出现延长了信息传播系统的弛豫时间,信息在网络中留存的时间更久,传播的范围更广。在耦合网络环境中,为防止谣言跨网络传播,减少谣言带来的影响,控制关键的跨网络传播信息的节点至关重要。根据以上结论,为耦合网络环境中舆情控制提出有效且有针对性的对策,必须识别关键节点。通过综合各节点在耦合系统中不同网络层上的结构特征,结合各类重要性要素,利用TOPSIS算法识别关键的跨网络节点,即文中的桥节点。建立双层耦合网络系统,通过数值模拟来验证算法可行性。实验结果表明,文中从多个维度来考量节点性质从而识别关键桥节点的方法确实可行。为耦合网络环境中的舆情监管提供了更为有效可行的对策。
[Abstract]:With the development of the Internet and the popularity of mobile terminals, as well as the vigorous development of different types of social networks, netizens frequently shuttle back and forth between different network layers. As a carrier of information dissemination, the behavior of Internet users leads to the spread of information across the network. Therefore, the coupled network system, which consists of multiple basic network layers and the nodes of the network layer are connected to each other, can better reflect the real network environment. It is of great practical and theoretical significance to study the law of information dissemination and put forward effective management measures for regulators in the coupled network environment. Based on the classical SIR infectious disease model, this paper studies the characteristics of information transmission in the coupled network environment, and the behavior characteristics of the nodes in the coupled network structure, that is, the Internet users. The interaction force of coupling network is abstracted into two kinds of new transmission nodes to be added to the infectious disease model, and a new SI~3R information transmission model is established. The system dynamics analysis is carried out for the differential equation established by the model. The numerical simulation of the system using MATLAB software verifies the correctness of the theoretical analysis. At the same time, it is found that the emergence of the new type of nodes in the stable state prolongs the relaxation time of the information dissemination system, and the information stays in the network longer. The spread is wider. In the coupled network environment, in order to prevent the spread of rumors across the network and reduce the impact of rumors, it is very important to control the key nodes of spreading information across networks. According to the above conclusions, it is necessary to identify the key nodes in order to provide effective and targeted countermeasures for the control of public opinion in the coupled network environment. By synthesizing the structural characteristics of each node on different network layers in the coupling system and combining all kinds of important elements, the key cross-network nodes are identified by using TOPSIS algorithm, that is, the bridge node in this paper. The two-layer coupled network system is established and the feasibility of the algorithm is verified by numerical simulation. The experimental results show that it is feasible to identify the key bridge nodes by considering the properties of the nodes from multiple dimensions. It provides more effective and feasible countermeasures for the supervision of public opinion in the coupled network environment.
