基于云平台的医疗信息共享中间件设计

【摘要】:当前,,世界已进入信息时代,信息技术的发展正逐渐改变着人们的生产和生活方式。这种情况下,对医疗卫生信息化的要求不断提高。中央也将医疗卫生信息化列为医药卫生体制改革“四梁八柱”中的重要一柱。通过区域卫生信息平台,可以将分散在不同机构的以人为核心的健康数据整合为一个逻辑完整的信息整体,满足与其相关的各种机构和人员需要。 近年来,云计算已经发展为一种能为用户提供大量多样化的资源的运算模型。同时,云计算已经展现出了其在广泛的领域中的适用性。云计算的不断发展,为医疗信息化的发展提供了新的契机。而中间件作为云计算中核心的一环,无疑起着至关重要的作用。在医疗云信息共享关键的则是存在于各医院中的异构数据的交换共享。本文提出了一种基于云平台的通用医疗数据交换中间件,以充分利用计算资源,降低交换共享程序开发成本。
[Abstract]:At present, the world has entered the information age, the development of information technology is gradually changing people's way of production and life. In this case, the requirements of medical and health information continue to improve. The central government also listed medical and health information as an important pillar in the reform of the medical and health system. Through the regional health information platform, the human-centered health data scattered in different institutions can be integrated into a logical integrity of information to meet the needs of various institutions and personnel. In recent years, cloud computing has developed into a computing model that can provide users with a large variety of resources. At the same time, cloud computing has shown its applicability in a wide range of areas. The continuous development of cloud computing provides a new opportunity for the development of medical information. Middleware, as the core of cloud computing, undoubtedly plays a crucial role. The key to sharing medical cloud information is the exchange and sharing of heterogeneous data in hospitals. In this paper, a general medical data exchange middleware based on cloud platform is proposed to make full use of computing resources and reduce the development cost of exchange and sharing programs.
