IMS中IPC与MMTel融合业务平台的设计与实现

【摘要】:目前,国内运营商IMS核心网的应用重点集中在向企业客户提供IP-CENTREX(统一CENTREX,简称IPC)业务和向公众客户的MMTel业务上。基于建设原因,国内IMS核心网配套的MMTel业务平台无法提供跨IMS域的群组服务,需要在业务层建设IPC业务平台来提供。而IPC业务平台的号码处理功能较为薄弱,在部分场景下需要与MMTel业务平台嵌套才能正常完成呼叫。业务嵌套的情形较为复杂,需要两个平台配合,同时也浪费了信令资源。 为解决IPC业务平台和MMTel业务平台单独建设方案带来的部署复杂和资源浪费问题,本文提出了IPC与MMTel融合业务平台的解决方案。该方案基于IMS架构建设,使用CIN-SCF平台进行开发,遵循运营商的IPC业务技术标准和MMTel业务国际标准,在IPC业务平台中承接MMTel业务能力,并增强号码处理功能。借助该方案,电信运营商可以在只部署一套应用服务器的情况下,向外同时提供IPC业务特征和MMTel业务特征。经过内部测试和现场部署实践,融合业务平台方案实现了预期功能,并在性能、可靠性和安全性指标上满足了商业需求。 本文在对CIN-SCF智能业务系统平台详尽阐述的基础上,详细分析了IPC与MMTel融合业务平台的设计和实现方案。主要内容包括:融合业务平台出现的技术和市场背景以及CIN-SCF平台知识介绍;从系统功能的角度对融合业务平台进行需求分析;核心部分阐述了融合业务平台的总体设计,并重点分析了平台业务逻辑部分的详细设计和实现方法;随后介绍了融合业务平台的测试情况。论文的最后,总结了作者在硕士期间的研究工作,并对融合业务平台的发展前景进行了展望。
[Abstract]:At present, the application of IMS core network in China focuses on providing IP-CENTREX (Unified CENTREX) service to enterprise customers and MMTel service to public customers. For construction reasons, the MMTEL service platform supporting IMS core network in China can not provide group service across IMS domains, so it is necessary to build IPC service platform in service layer. However, the number processing function of IPC service platform is relatively weak. In some scenarios, it needs to be nested with MMTel service platform to complete the call normally.
In order to solve the problem of complex deployment and resource waste caused by the separate construction of IPC service platform and MMTel service platform, this paper proposes a solution to the integration of IPC and MMTel service platform.This solution is based on the construction of IMS architecture, and is developed on CIN-SCF platform, following the IPC service technical standards of operators and MMTel Service International standards, and is implemented in IP. With the help of this scheme, telecom operators can provide IPC service features and MMTEL service features at the same time when only one application server is deployed. After internal testing and on-site deployment practice, the integrated service platform scheme achieves the expected functions, and in the case of deploying only one set of application servers. Performance, reliability and safety indicators meet business needs.
Based on the elaboration of CIN-SCF Intelligent Business System Platform, this paper analyzes the design and implementation scheme of IPC and MMTel integrated business platform in detail. The main contents include: the technical and market background of the integrated business platform and the introduction of CIN-SCF platform knowledge; the requirements of the integrated business platform from the perspective of system functions. The core part elaborates the overall design of the converged service platform, and focuses on the detailed design and implementation of the business logic part of the platform; then introduces the test of the converged service platform. Finally, the paper summarizes the author's research work during his master's degree, and carries out the development prospects of the converged service platform. Look ahead.
