网络作战能力评估指标体系构建问题的研究

【摘要】：网络作战能力评估是一个多指标评估问题。以网络作战任务为牵引,基于"任务-行动-能力"的指标体系构建思路,从面向能力及要素的角度,分别从网络侦察、网络攻击、网络防御、网络保障、指挥控制5方面细化网络作战能力评估指标体系,为网络作战能力评估奠定了基础。
[Abstract]:The evaluation of network combat capability is a multi-index evaluation problem. Based on the index system of "task-active-ability", this paper takes the mission of network warfare as the traction, constructs the idea, from the angle of capability and its elements, respectively, from the angle of network reconnaissance, network attack, network defense, network guarantee, The five aspects of command and control refine the evaluation index system of network combat capability and lay a foundation for the evaluation of network combat capability.
