基于云设计的产品远程有限元分析服务平台研究

【摘要】:云设计是一种基于云计算的面向多用户、多领域的新型设计模式,通过网络将资源池中的资源按照用户需求以Web服务的方式提供给用户,成为制造行业中研究的一个新的热点。云设计提高了设计水平,缩短了研发周期,同时降低了产品设计的成本。有限元分析作为产品设计中重要的一部分,但有限元分析成本较高,同时现有远程有限元分析研究方法主要面向单一企业或几个企业,而将其部署到云设计平台中解决了某一行业内中小型企业甚至大型企业有限元分析能力不足的问题。本文主要工作如下: 1.搭建了基于云设计的产品远程有限元分析服务平台。 本论文从云设计基本原理出发,分析了其关键技术,结合云计算研究了云设计平台的体系结构和功能模块,重点阐述了几何模型构建和远程有限元分析的实现方法。 2.研究了远程有限元分析的实现过程。 通过对产业联盟内成员企业相似产品特征提取、参数化设计、几何模型构建、边界条件标定、有限元计算、可视化输出等步骤,实现对产业联盟内成员企业相似产品关键零部件的远程有限元分析服务。本文将几何模型作为有限元分析的参数输入接口,实现了产品数字化设计与产品有限元性能分析一致性,克服了参数化APDL命令流文件有限元操作的不足。 3.实现了分析结果的可视化输出。 结合WebGL技术对分析结果数据分析和处理,在客户端通过浏览器对数据解析,实现模型的构建及云图的显示。
[Abstract]:Cloud design is a new design pattern based on cloud computing, which is multi-user and multi-domain oriented. It has become a new research hotspot in manufacturing industry to provide resources in resource pool to users by Web service according to user's demand through network. Cloud design improves the design level, shortens the R & D cycle and reduces the cost of product design. Finite element analysis is an important part of product design, but the cost of finite element analysis is high. Meanwhile, the existing remote finite element analysis research methods are mainly aimed at single enterprise or several enterprises. Deploying it to the cloud design platform solves the problem that the finite element analysis ability of small and medium-sized enterprises or even large enterprises in a certain industry is insufficient. The main work of this paper is as follows: 1. The remote finite element analysis service platform based on cloud design is built. Based on the basic principles of cloud design, this paper analyzes the key technologies of cloud design, studies the architecture and functional modules of cloud design platform based on cloud computing, and focuses on the implementation of geometric model construction and remote finite element analysis. 2. The realization process of remote finite element analysis is studied. Through the similar product feature extraction, parametric design, geometric model construction, boundary condition calibration, finite element calculation, visual output, etc. To realize the remote finite element analysis service for the key parts of similar products of the member enterprises in the industrial alliance. In this paper, the geometric model is used as the parameter input interface of finite element analysis, which realizes the consistency between product digital design and product finite element performance analysis, and overcomes the deficiency of parameterized APDL command flow file finite element operation. 3. The visual output of the analysis results is realized. Combined with the WebGL technology to analyze and process the data of the analysis result, the client can parse the data through the browser, and realize the construction of the model and the display of the cloud picture.
