互联网舆情监测系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：近年来,互联网己越来越被社会所关注重视,成为人们工作和生活不可或缺的部分。由于网络本身具有虚拟性、隐蔽性、随意性等特点,故人们愿意采用网络这种渠道来表现其真实的意愿,这对全国各级妇联工作以深远影响。为全面、及时掌握妇联工作相关的互联网舆情，有必要设计并实现妇联互联网舆情监测系统，实施对妇联领域网站的实时监测，确保相关舆情第一时间被发现，为领导决策提供重要依据。建立妇联舆情监测系统有其法理和法律上的依据，其基本原则是保证网络言论自由与维护相关利益的平衡，同时建立妇联互联网舆情监测系统须根据妇联部门舆情工作的特点和需求。本文研究了常见的三种互联网舆情分析方法及模型：基于主题的网络舆情分析及模型、基于热点话题发现的舆情分析及模型、基于社会网络分析法的舆情分析及模型，然后结合妇联工作特点，选择基于主题的网络舆情分析及模型构建妇联舆情监测模型。本文采用软件工程的方法对系统进行设计，系统分为信息采集、信息抽取、信息处理、系统管理、用户、数据存储等六大层。其中,信息采集模块是发现需要关注的舆情信息的过程;信息抽取模块是将敏感信息下载本地，通过网页析取算法，提取该信息的标题、摘要、正文;信息处理模块针对提出的正文信息，，通过中文分词处理，按照分类特征进行分类，然后保存到数据库里，供信息查询和生成统计分析报告。因此，信息采集层、信息抽取层、信息处理层是设计的重点和难点，本文对此进行模块化的详细设计，以确保整个监测系统的正常运行，从而实现妇联互联网舆情监测系统的预期目的。本文利用Python开发语言和MySQL数据库实现了妇联互联网舆情监测系统，对系统的运行效果做了介绍。通过应用分析，系统达到了设计目标，提高了工作效率，大大减轻了工作量，有利于提高妇联舆情工作的主动性和有效性。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the Internet has been paid more and more attention to and become an indispensable part of people's work and life. Because the network itself has the characteristics of virtual, hidden and random, people are willing to use the network as a channel to express their true will, which has a profound impact on the work of all levels of women's federations. In order to comprehensively and timely grasp the Internet public opinion related to the work of the Federation of Women, it is necessary to design and implement a monitoring system for Internet public opinion of the Federation of Women's Federation, to implement the real-time monitoring of the website in the field of the Federation of Women, and to ensure that the relevant public opinion is discovered in the first place. To provide an important basis for leadership decisions. The establishment of the Women's Federation's public opinion monitoring system has its legal and legal basis, and its basic principle is to ensure the balance between the freedom of expression on the Internet and the maintenance of related interests. At the same time, the establishment of the Women's Federation Internet public opinion monitoring system should be based on the characteristics and needs of public opinion work. This paper studies three common analysis methods and models of Internet public opinion: the analysis and model of Internet public opinion based on topic, the analysis and model of public opinion based on hot topic discovery, and the analysis and model of public opinion based on social network analysis. Then, according to the characteristics of women's federation, we choose the network public opinion analysis and model based on theme to construct the monitoring model of women's federation public opinion. In this paper, the software engineering method is used to design the system. The system is divided into six layers: information collection, information extraction, information processing, system management, user, data storage and so on. The information collection module is the process of discovering the public opinion information that needs to be concerned; the information extraction module is to download the sensitive information locally and extract the title, summary and text of the information through the web page extraction algorithm. The information processing module deals with the text information by Chinese word segmentation, classifies it according to the classification features, and stores it in the database for information query and statistical analysis report generation. Therefore, the information collection layer, the information extraction layer and the information processing layer are the key and difficult points in the design. In order to ensure the normal operation of the whole monitoring system, the detailed design of modularization is carried out in this paper. In order to achieve the women's Federation of Internet public opinion monitoring system of the expected purpose. In this paper, the Python development language and MySQL database are used to realize the internet public opinion monitoring system of Women's Federation, and the running effect of the system is introduced. Through application analysis, the system achieves the design goal, improves the working efficiency, greatly reduces the workload, and helps to improve the initiative and effectiveness of the public opinion work of the Women's Federation.
