基于网络服务的深圳港海洋水文系统构建

【摘要】:根据国家相关的发展政策,结合实现安全、高效、绿色的港口交通体系的理念,充分利用好港口海洋水文测量数据,建立一个基于网络服务的港口水文环境系统,为港口运输经营者与港口利益相关者提供更全面、方便的港口水文信息,进一步提升港口运输效率,同时提高船舶进出港的安全航行系数。立足于“以安全促生产”的理念,构建港口海洋水文信息网络服务系统,实施安全化管理、网络化通讯、科学化设计、数字化处理。通过加强港口海洋水文物理环境要素信息的服务,在安全操作前提下最大程度的提高船舶进出港效率,切实降低港口运输成本和管理成本。因此需要更加快捷的获取港口海洋水文要素参数,及时发布给港口管理系统与进出港船舶。如何快速获取港口海洋水文信息,对保证船舶进出港口安全以及提高港口的运行效率都有着非常重要的意义。 本课题系统采用B/S架构,构建了通用的港口水文数据管理数据库以及相关数据库管理应用系统,在此基础之上建立了港口海洋水文数据网络服务平台,通过对系统收集到的数据进行模型化处理,并建立了水文信息预报模型,实现了对海洋水文数据的网络实时发布,根据客户对港口海洋水文信息的需求,实现更方便、快捷、可靠的信息服务。 本文介绍了系统选用数据库以及相关系统开发软件,构建了网络服务的港口海洋水文信息系统的整体架构,详细论述了网络服务的港口海洋水文信息系统构架的设计过程。详细阐述了海浪数据处理模块和设计了海浪信息部分要素的预报模型:其中主要包括对各海浪谱进行了分析比较,最终给出系统选用的海浪谱;通过研究各种预报模型,最终在海浪预报模型当中引入与神经网络相关的研究理论,设计出了一套基于BP神经网络的海浪预报模型。最后文章对应用系统关键设计进行了详细阐述。
[Abstract]:In accordance with the relevant national development policies and the concept of realizing a safe, efficient and green port traffic system, a port hydrological environment system based on network services should be established by making full use of the port marine hydrological survey data. It provides more comprehensive and convenient port hydrological information for port transport operators and port stakeholders, further improves port transport efficiency and improves the safe navigation coefficient of ships in and out of port. Based on the concept of "promoting production with safety", this paper constructs a network service system of port marine hydrology information, implements safety management, network communication, scientific design and digital processing. By strengthening the information service of marine hydrological and physical environmental elements of the port, the efficiency of ship entering and leaving port can be maximized under the premise of safe operation, and the port transportation cost and management cost can be effectively reduced. Therefore, it is necessary to obtain the hydrological parameters of the port more quickly and issue them to the port management system and the incoming and outgoing ships in time. How to obtain the port hydrological information quickly is of great significance to ensure the safety of ships entering and leaving the port and to improve the efficiency of port operation. Based on the B / S architecture, a general port hydrological data management database and related database management application system is constructed. Based on this, a port marine hydrological data network service platform is established. Through modeling the data collected by the system and establishing the hydrologic information forecasting model, the network real-time release of marine hydrological data is realized. According to the customers' demand for port marine hydrological information, it is more convenient and fast. Reliable information service. This paper introduces the system selection database and related system development software, constructs the whole structure of the network service port marine hydrological information system, and discusses in detail the design process of the network service port marine hydrological information system architecture. The wave data processing module and the prediction model of some elements of ocean wave information are described in detail. The main contents include the analysis and comparison of each wave spectrum, and finally, the wave spectrum selected by the system is given. By studying various forecasting models and finally introducing the research theory related to neural network into the wave prediction model, a set of ocean wave prediction model based on BP neural network is designed. Finally, the key design of the application system is described in detail.
