特定流量下网络时延测量方法的设计与实现

【摘要】:Internet作为一个新兴的领域,近年来在用户数量、网络规模、应用功能等方面均得到了前所未有的高速发展。电子商务、SNS、云计算、物联网、微博等无一不在逐步的改变着我们的生活。当今的网络运行状况却日益复杂,但是用户对服务质量的需要确越来越高,所以对于网络内部运行情况的研究就显得十分重要。作为确定互联网运行状况的重要手段之一——网络测量一直是互联网研究的热点。时延测量是网络测量的重要部分。通过时延测量可以了解网络的运行情况,从而及时地采取拥塞控制、链路选择、QOS优化等措施,提高网络服务质量。 本文主要研究了端到端网络的时延测量方法,提出了一种新的针对特定流量的测量方案。论文首先介绍了网络测量的关键技术及其实现背景,阐述了网络性能的测量指标及测量方法,说明了Linux系统下终端图形界面测试平台的开发过程;然后分析了linux系统底层协议栈的工作原理及令牌桶算法实现流量控制的过程,并且具体研究了测试平台与发包协议栈的交互的结构体系;之后构建了时延测量平台,在该平台之上通过模拟发包,得到特定流量下的网络时延,其特点是它不依赖于载体,不区分网络模型;最后对测试数据进行了分析,并且提出时延测量方法的不足之处及对后续开发工作的建议。
[Abstract]:As a new field, Internet has been developing at an unprecedented speed in recent years in terms of user number, network size, application function and so on. E-commerce, SNS, cloud computing, Internet of things, Weibo and so on are gradually changing our lives. Nowadays, the network operation is becoming more and more complicated, but the users need more and more high quality of service, so it is very important to study the internal operation of the network. As one of the important means to determine the operation of the Internet, network measurement has been a hot topic in Internet research. Time delay measurement is an important part of network measurement. Through the measurement of delay, we can know the operation of the network, and then take some measures such as congestion control, link selection, QOS optimization and so on, so as to improve the quality of service of the network. In this paper, the end-to-end network delay measurement method is studied, and a new measurement scheme for specific traffic is proposed. Firstly, the paper introduces the key technology of network measurement and its implementation background, expounds the measurement index and method of network performance, and explains the development process of terminal graphical interface test platform under Linux system. Then it analyzes the working principle of the bottom protocol stack of linux system and the process of the token bucket algorithm to realize the flow control, and studies the structure system of the interaction between the test platform and the package sending protocol stack. After that, the delay measurement platform is constructed, and the network delay under specific traffic is obtained by simulating the delivery of contracts on the platform. The characteristic of the platform is that it does not depend on the carrier and does not distinguish the network model. Finally, the test data are analyzed, and the shortcomings of time delay measurement method and suggestions for further development are put forward.
