社交网络的信息传播模型与仿真

【摘要】:社交网络信息传播模型的研究是在经典的传染病传播模型的基础上发展而来的。经典的传染病传播模型是传播动力学研究的开端。随着时代的发展和研究的深入,很多学者开始研究基于传统社交网络的谣言传播模型,这是传播动力学研究的另一个重要阶段。近几年,随着互联网的发展,在线社交网络越来越普遍,甚至改变了信息传播和人们交流的方式。除此之外,在线社交网络有不同于传统社交网络的特征,所以许多学者开始研究在线社交网络的信息传播机制。本文也着眼于现在国内最为流行的两款社交软件——微博和微信,研究信息在这两个社交平台上的传播过程和规则。微信朋友圈是微信上一个发布传播信息的平台,它主要有发布、收藏、评论/点赞、传播信息等功能。根据微信朋友圈的功能,我们构建了一个新的信息传播模型——IRCSS模型。模型中群体主要分成了五部分:未知者、评论者、收藏者、传播者和免疫者。模型中主要包括了传播机制、评论机制、收藏机制和免疫机制。我们利用均场方程来描述IRCSS模型中各群体的动态。更进一步,我们把参数对信息传播的影响进行了理论分析和数值试验验证。除此之外,我们还通过数值仿真试验找出了网络结构对信息传播的影响。微博是另外一款国内比较流行的社交软件。与微信相比,它具有更强的开放性,更偏向于信息的传播而不是交流。微博的基本功能与微信朋友圈大体相同,但微博网络中有一些大V用户,他们的粉丝量比普通用户大得多,所以我们把超级传播者加入到模型中。根据传播机制,我们构建了IRC3S模型来仿真信息在微博上的传播过程。由于超级传播者的度要比普通传播者的度要大,所以我们改进了IRC3S模型。随后我们对两个模型进行了数值仿真,找出了信息在微博上传播的规律。最后,我们对微博和微信朋友圈的模型进行对比分析,找出微信和微博信息传播过程中的异同点。
[Abstract]:The research of social network information transmission model is based on the classical infectious disease transmission model. The classical transmission model of infectious disease is the beginning of the study of transmission dynamics. With the development of the times and the deepening of the research, many scholars have begun to study the rumor propagation model based on traditional social networks, which is another important stage in the study of communication dynamics. In recent years, with the development of the Internet, online social networks have become more and more popular, and even changed the way of information dissemination and communication. In addition, online social networks have different characteristics from traditional social networks, so many scholars have begun to study the information dissemination mechanism of online social networks. This paper also focuses on Weibo and WeChat, the two most popular social software in China, and studies the process and rules of information dissemination on these two social platforms. WeChat circle of friends is a WeChat on the dissemination of information platform, it mainly has publishing, collection, comments / likes, dissemination of information and other functions. According to the function of WeChat friend circle, we construct a new information transmission model-IRCSS model. The group is divided into five parts: unknown, reviewer, collector, communicator and immunizer. The model includes communication mechanism, comment mechanism, collection mechanism and immune mechanism. We use the mean field equation to describe the dynamics of each population in the IRCSS model. Furthermore, the effects of parameters on information transmission are theoretically analyzed and verified by numerical experiments. In addition, we also find out the influence of network structure on information transmission through numerical simulation. Weibo is another popular social software in China. Compared with WeChat, it is more open and more inclined to spread information than to communicate. Weibo's basic function is roughly the same as WeChat's circle of friends, but Weibo has some large V users whose fans are much larger than ordinary users, so we add super communicators to the model. According to the transmission mechanism, we construct a IRC3S model to simulate the transmission of information on Weibo. Because the degree of super communicator is larger than that of ordinary communicator, we improve the IRC3S model. Then we simulate the two models and find out the rules of information spreading on Weibo. Finally, we compare and analyze the models of Weibo and WeChat circle of friends, and find out the similarities and differences in the process of information dissemination between WeChat and Weibo.
