基于WEB服务的数字化警示教育平台研究与实现

【摘要】:数字化警示教育平台是预防腐败教育工作中一个重要的平台,就是要利用高效廉价的信息传递方式,克服传统警示教育的缺点,使受教育者不受时间、地点和空间的限制,在有限的受教育时间内得到足够的信息,而不必考虑由于时间、人员、场地等客观条件的限制。数字化警示教育平台使单位受教育的成本得到大幅度降低。 针对传统警示教育方式中,宣传者个体素质的差异对警示教育有较大的影响,宣传时间、场地和资金等限制也是影响预防宣传教育工作进一步发展的瓶颈。本课题采用数字化的方式和WEB服务的方法,以浙江省法纪教育基地为原型,提出了基于WEB服务的数字化警示教育平台,结合WEB服务的特点,不仅能够实现远程的资源统一管理,也使受教育的党员干部能够实现远程管理、注册、登录和实时监控等功能,用户可以通过个人资产申报来实时如实申报个人资产,接受纪委监督检查。同时,能够让党员干部在远程实时参加警示教育,达到警示教育的最大效益。 本课题中首先对警示教育平台进行分析,包括可行性分析和系统功能需求分析,然后通过分析得到的需求分析报告进行系统的设计与实现,最后进行系统测试,在测试中首先通过人工测试进行单元测试、集成测试和系统测试,测试结果是能够满足警示教育的需求,也能够满足系统的设计目标。然后进行自动测试软件对数字化警示教育平台的事务响应时间、业务成功率、CPU使用情况、内存使用情况和并发数进行测试,从测试结果来看,上述的测试指标都能够到达系统测试的目标值,符合测试的预期目标。 当然本课题有进一步拓展的空间,现有的系统只能够实现报名参加培训人员管理,培训项目管理,培训统计,人员管理和资源管理等,在实时监控方面只能够实现第一次登录时的个人照片拍照上传,如果通过更加先进的身份认证方法比如指纹扫描等,对参加远程培训的人员是一个更好的监督和促进。
[Abstract]:The digital warning education platform is an important platform in the education work of preventing corruption. It is to make use of efficient and cheap ways of transmitting information to overcome the shortcomings of traditional warning education, so that the educated can not be restricted by time, place and space. Get enough information within a limited time of education without taking into account the limitations of time, personnel, venue and other objective conditions. Digital warning education platform greatly reduces the cost of unit education. In view of the traditional warning education, the difference of propagandists' individual quality has a great influence on the warning education, and the limitation of propaganda time, space and funds is also the bottleneck of the further development of the preventive propaganda and education. This subject adopts the method of digitization and WEB service, taking the law and discipline education base of Zhejiang Province as the prototype, puts forward the digital warning education platform based on the WEB service, combining the characteristic of WEB service, not only can realize the remote resources unified management. It also enables the educated Party members and cadres to realize the functions of remote management, registration, login and real-time monitoring. Users can declare their personal assets in real time through personal asset declaration, and accept supervision and inspection by the discipline Inspection Commission. At the same time, the Party members and cadres can participate in the warning education in real time, and achieve the maximum benefit of warning education. In this paper, we first analyze the warning education platform, including feasibility analysis and system functional requirement analysis, then design and implement the system through the analysis of the requirement analysis report, and finally test the system. In the test, the unit test, the integrated test and the system test are carried out by manual test. The test results can meet the requirement of warning education and the design goal of the system. Then the automatic test software is tested on the transaction response time, business success rate, CPU usage, memory usage and concurrency of the digital warning education platform. The above test indexes can reach the target value of the system test and meet the test target. Of course, there is room for further expansion of this topic. The existing systems can only realize the management of participants in training, the management of training projects, the statistics of training, the management of personnel and the management of resources, etc. In the aspect of real-time monitoring, it can only upload the personal photos of the first login. If more advanced authentication methods such as fingerprint scanning are adopted, it will be a better supervision and promotion for those who take part in the remote training.
