网络健康信息服务平台技术接受度影响因素建模与实证研究

【摘要】:以消费者为中心的健康信息服务平台能够满足用户健康管理的需求,它可以为用户提供大量的健康信息,并通过健康咨询服务提高用户的健康护理能力,有助于用户做出更合适的医疗决策,从而提高医疗服务体系的质量和效率。然而,有研究指出,很多网络健康信息服务平台并不为消费者所接受,这就阻碍了健康信息服务的传播和使用。本文研究目的是通过理论建模探究决定消费者网络健康信息服务平台接受度的影响因素。基于信息技术领域的经典理论-技术接受模型(TAM),引入与网络健康信息服务平台情境相关的外部变量,构建消费者网络健康信息服务平台技术接受度模型。本文结合实验设计和问卷调查进行数据收集。问卷包括个人基本信息问卷和网络健康信息服务平台技术接受度问卷两部分。我们对样本基本信息作描述性统计分析,对技术接受度问卷中的各个理论建构作信度分析和效度分析,并运用结构方程分析探讨和检验引入的与情境相关的外部变量与技术接受模型核心变量间的因果假设关系。信度效度分析表明,技术接受度问卷具有良好的信度和效度。结构方程模型分析显示,理论模型能较好的与样本数据拟合,整个模型能够解释使用意向55%的变异方差。本文所引入的健康信息搜寻偏好、自我效能感、感知可信度和可用性是影响网络健康信息服务接受的重要因素,它们通过感知易用性或感知有用性间接作用于使用态度,并最终影响用户的使用意图。其中,自我效能感对感知易用性和感知有用性均有显著的正面作用。健康信息搜寻偏好对感知有用性无显著的正面作用,但对感知易用性有显著的正面作用。感知可信度显著地影响感知有用性。主观可用性能够直接地正面影响感知易用性,并通过感知可信度和自我效能感间接地作用于感知有用性。虽然客观可用性对感知易用性和感知有用性均没有显著的直接影响,但对主观可用性有直接的正向作用。本文的实证研究结果有助于理解年轻用户群体对于网络健康信息服务平台的接受行为,为设计出针对于一般公众的健康信息服务平台体系提供参考意见,从而提高健康信息的有效利用和公众对其的接受程度。
[Abstract]:The consumer-centered health information service platform can meet the needs of user health management, it can provide users with a large amount of health information, and improve the health care ability of users through health consulting services. Help users to make more appropriate medical decisions, thereby improving the quality and efficiency of the medical service system. However, some studies have pointed out that many online health information service platforms are not accepted by consumers, which hinders the dissemination and use of health information services. The purpose of this study is to explore the factors that influence the acceptance of consumer network health information service platform through theoretical modeling. Based on the classical theory and technology acceptance model in the field of information technology, (TAM), introduces the external variables related to the situation of network health information service platform, and constructs the model of technology acceptance of consumer network health information service platform. This paper combines experimental design and questionnaire survey to collect data. The questionnaire includes two parts: personal basic information questionnaire and technical acceptance questionnaire of network health information service platform. We make descriptive statistical analysis on the basic information of the sample, reliability analysis and validity analysis on each theory construction in the technical acceptance questionnaire. Using structural equation analysis, the causal hypothesis between the context-related external variables and the core variables of the technical acceptance model is discussed and tested. Reliability and validity analysis showed that the technical acceptance questionnaire had good reliability and validity. The structural equation model analysis shows that the theoretical model can fit well with the sample data, and the whole model can explain the variance of using intention 55%. The health information search preferences, self-efficacy, perceived credibility and usability are the important factors that affect the acceptance of health information services in the network. They indirectly affect the use attitude through perceived usability or perceived usefulness. And ultimately affect the user's intention to use. Among them, self-efficacy has a significant positive effect on perceived usability and perceived usefulness. Health information search preference has no significant positive effect on perceived usefulness, but has significant positive effect on perceived usability. Perceived credibility significantly affects perceived usefulness. Subjective usability can affect perceived usability directly and indirectly through perceived credibility and self-efficacy. Objective usability has no significant direct effect on perceived usability and perceived usefulness, but it has a direct positive effect on subjective usability. The empirical results of this paper are helpful to understand the acceptance behavior of the young users to the network health information service platform, and to provide the reference for the design of the health information service platform system for the general public.
