基于Internet的远程PLC控制研究

【摘要】:现代工业的生产规模在日益壮大,工业流程更是复杂多变,工业装置不断更新换代,传统的控制方式已不能满足工业生产需求,局域网内的控制技术越来越不能满足工业控制领域的要求,这就迫切希望出现一种不受地域限制、分布式、操作简单的控制系统取代传统的控制手段。随着网络技术的飞速发展,而控制技术相对发展缓慢,于是将网络和控制技术相结合所产生的基于Internet的远程控制技术就应运而生,对于工业生产具有重大意义,对于控制领域具有研究前景。 远程控制技术已经成为工业领域乃至其他领域的一项研究热点,为了加快控制网络的发展,我们提出基于Internet的远程PLC控制研究方案。本课题采用Web服务技术,充分利用Web服务跨平台、易于穿过防火墙、减少应用接口花费等特点实现远程控制技术,下位机采用PLC作为被控对象,它作为工业控制的计算机,能够完成各种类型的工业生产控制。本课题在提出基于Web服务技术基础上,重点研究了Web服务体系结构和关键技术,介绍了硬件平台环境。根据需求分析提出系统的总体设计,采用了B/S模式的体系结构,设计出各个功能模块并介绍实现过程,研究分析出上下位机之间的通信格式和通信协议并实现串口通信,完成整个系统的功能。本文还提出关于系统的安全方面采用服务器端验证的方式,给予不同类型的用户不同的访问路径,结合安全算法进一步加强系统安全性。 本文实现的基于Internet的远程PLC控制系统,达到可控性、实时性、安全性等特点,充分利用Web服务的特点摆脱控制受地域限制的缺点,减少人力物力资源浪费,易于控制的优点。用户只需通过Internet登录到控制页面,发出控制指令远程操作PLC运行,并返回PLC运行状态供用户查看。基于Internet的远程控制系统不仅为工业生产提高了生产效率,为控制网络提供参考方法,也为今后的控制技术提供了研究方向。
[Abstract]:The production scale of modern industry is growing day by day, the industrial process is more complex and changeable, the industrial equipment is constantly updated, and the traditional control mode can no longer meet the demand of industrial production. The local area network (LAN) control technology can not meet the requirements of the industrial control field more and more. Therefore, it is urgently hoped that a kind of control system, which is not limited by the region, distributed and simple to operate, will replace the traditional control methods. With the rapid development of network technology and the slow development of control technology, the remote control technology based on Internet, which is produced by combining network and control technology, has great significance for industrial production. It has a bright future in the field of control. Remote control technology has become a research hotspot in industry and even other fields. In order to speed up the development of control network, we propose a remote PLC control research scheme based on Internet. This subject adopts Web service technology, makes full use of the Web service cross platform, easy to pass through the firewall, reduces the application interface expense and so on the characteristic realizes the remote control technology. The lower computer uses PLC as the controlled object, it takes the industrial control computer. Able to complete various types of industrial production control. On the basis of Web service technology, this paper focuses on the research of Web services architecture and key technologies, and introduces the hardware platform environment. According to the requirement analysis, the overall design of the system is put forward, the system structure of the B / S mode is adopted, each functional module is designed and the realization process is introduced, the communication format and communication protocol between the upper and lower computers are analyzed and the serial port communication is realized. Complete the function of the whole system. This paper also proposes that the security of the system should be verified on the server side, giving different access paths to different types of users, and further enhancing the security of the system in combination with the security algorithm. The remote PLC control system based on Internet realized in this paper achieves the characteristics of controllability, real-time, security and so on. It makes full use of the characteristics of Web service to get rid of the shortcoming of controlling by the limitation of region, to reduce the waste of human and material resources, and to be easy to control. Users simply log in to the control page through Internet, issue control instructions to remotely operate the PLC run, and return the PLC running status for the user to view. The remote control system based on Internet not only improves the production efficiency and provides a reference method for the control network, but also provides the research direction for the control technology in the future.
